Jitterz Espresso

I was not pleased with the service. I have been a long time customer and there was no care in making my order. I was asked to repeat my order twice and it was still made wrong. If this was the first time I’d be more forgiving. When I asked for it to be corrected I just got a blank stare. I don’t know if I was overcharged. But I will no longer be returning to this location.

$4 for ice and a shot of cold brew. Yikes. Make sure you say light ice.

The price was great, lattes were just warm, not hot. If you're car doesn't sit high off the ground, you may get high centered in the driveway.

I’ve only went by Sagle location maybe 4-5 times. Coffees have been alright but today the girl who made my coffee didn’t let the white chocolate powder melt down with the hot shots before adding ice. So I have chunks of white chocolate in the bottom of my drink. I also asked for extra creme de mint flavor and I can’t taste that at all. Seems like she may be a beginner that needs more training.

The jitters on hwy 95 south is awesome, spot on every time.
The jitters on hwy 2 is a work in progress, depends on who is working the drinks.

Only the BEST drinks in idaho. staff is very friendly and accommodating. the use the Joe app and that is awesome.

Bought an energy drink and 90% of it was ice. I literally got about 4 sips before it was gone. Very disappointing.

Got a chai tea latte iced and a banana chocolate protein shake. The tea was absolutely delicious, loved it. They did not skimp on the spices and it was mixed very well. The protein was of the same high quality ingredients with tasty chai seeds added in. Quick service and tasty products, will definitely visit again!

Third car back. Took 25 min before I got to the window to order. I figured maybe there was a lot of drinks going out for the two cars in front of me. That wasn't the case which made it a little irritating. Odds are good I'll just avoid this stand up north.

I love love love this place ! Always have. Reading some of the comments here make me sad. I would like to take a second for new customers who have read such negative comments and are new to Idaho to know what really goes on in a coffee stand.
If you took a second to talk to some of the amazing baristas that work at this location you could understand why the wait was a little longer. They were very short staffed up there during the begging of its opening. Also jitterz is very popular. Sorry other stands don’t makes as good of drinks as jitterz does or have as amazing of employees. There is a reason why they are busy because they a great at what they do. As for the clothing comments.. we’ll can you blame them? Anyone who against wearing shorts and a tank top in the hottest weeks north Idaho has ever seen (110 degrees) obviously has never worked in a coffee stand or a restaurant where ALL machines put off heat. Coffee stands can get warmer than it is outside. And no AC can’t keep up. I have never seen a girl at jitterz dress anywhere near a Hooters employee. That’s a little dramatic don’t you think ? Jitterz is run by a great, appropriate, Christian family and it is not right to falsely represent them. Think before you speak and don’t judge so harshly
