There very friendly and good customer service and try to be fast and promt considering the line of customers at the drive up window overall there not excellent but great

Super fun experience I had with my daughter. They even offered my dog a cute little "pup cup". I'll go back for sure.

Normally we go to java express because its 2 minutes from our house but java has NOTHING on cozy coffee they're just outstanding the service is wonderful and the drinks are even better 🥰

Everything they make is so good! They do take a while, but it is always made with love. Cozy is one of my favorite places to go.

They are willing to try to make any possible concoction that you can come up with! They made me a black forest cake latte! Ask them and you might be surprised!

Went through the driveway in a bus and the lady was amazing....coffee was great too
