I normally don't get involved in commenting, I feel that if I'm doing business with you, that speaks to my satisfaction. This morning, my wife and I visited your Post Falls store. She and I both had careers in the service business. We've both noticed recently, your servers seem to be looking past us, on to the next customer before establishing any kind of rapport. We're taking a rest from Terra. We both feel that service intangible happen when the mgrs. take an interest, not until. My wife and I use to frequent your CDA store. Your product if good, just some lack of attention. Their service standards dropped, then we've been going to the Post Falls location, now we're in search of a new coffee/bakery place.

I visited the post falls terre coffee on a Saturday morning. The place was filled with smoke due to poor ventilation and the drive thru line was backed into the street. I went inside and was greeted by a lady at the shop who was clearly trained to up sale the customer. I declined and proceeded to order my americano with heavy cream. It took over 10 minutes to get my coffee since they kept moving my cup to the end of the line. Overwhelmed with the smoke and echoing sounds I decided to leave. When I left I noticed that my cup was leaking around the lid and the coffee tasted like gross burnt beans. The price of my americano was over $4 and I couldn't bring myself to choke it down. Nothing about this place or their coffee makes me want to go for a return visit.

Super friendly service. I had a vanilla latte and the wife had an iced caramel breve. Both were perfect!

The coffee is not the best. Ive tried a couple different drinks and didn't love any of them. But they do have amazing sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches that I love. If I have time to get coffee elsewhere, I do. But if I'm in a pinch their coffee will do.

Came into store at a busy time and waited quite awhile for my order. I normally use the drive thru, but there was quite a line and didn't want to block the street. I will say that the staff was very courteous and let me know when to expect my order. They all displayed good customer service.

We have been going here since it opened and love it! It's a great place to stop when you get into town and they treat you like family. We go enough that they know our drinks and snacks before we walk in. They sometimes make mistakes when there is someone new, but are always very quick to correct it. I recommend them to anyone going through Post Falls.

Great food and coffee! Highly recommended. Also good if you need to sit awhile and get work done. Staff was efficient, honest, kind; the manager went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you!

Delicious & quality for those who enjoy coffee in their coffee. You know who you are.
House made bakery selection. The jalapeƱo cheddar bagel is my favorite. And give the cinnamon wheel a try, I finally did and was impressed!
This is my favorite coffee in Post Falls.

Cinnamon roll was great but one of the two poppy seed muffins was burnt and should never have been sold to customers.
