Dutch Bros Coffee

Sent my coworker to get me a blended mocha because the picture on the website look delicious because it had caramel and chocolate on the inside of the cup and when I got my coffee there was no whip cream or chocolate or caramel in it this is why I don't go to Dutch Brothers the only reason I went there today as they were doing a special promotion to help out some organization

Walkup window is not treated as a second line, you are put in line with the car line up. If they are taken orders for 10 cars in line and you order as the only person at walk up window, you wait for all the car orders. Makes no sense to have second window if it is not treated as a second line.

It was my special day and they made me a large drink and wrote Happy Birthday on my cup! The staff were uplifting and sweet! They were fun and made my day talking to them! I want to go back just to be around their energy! BEST DAY EVER made by this Dutch Bros

Coffee is always made great and the line, even if it's long, usually goes fairly quickly. The music is a little over bearing sometimes. Better when they're playing rock n roll rather than pop music.

Probably the worst Dutch bros I have been to. Terrible service and the drinks tasted flavorless. They gave us more flavor but they were super rude and careless about the whole interaction.

I love Dutch brothers in post falls. They are a great team and always so friendly, truly service with a smile.

The drinks are always good here but went there on a Wednesday to get the stickers and for our 2 drinks the lady gave us 1 because that's all she had on her when she easily could have grabbed more. Pure laziness terrible customer service

Would not pay $1 for the drink I just received that cost over $6. I ordered a 24oz rebel drink and when they handed it to me I have never been so unimpressed. My 24oz was filled barely 3/4 full, maybe 18oz, and tastes like pure red bull. Not impressed with Dutch Bros any time I've been there.

Today is my daughter's 4th birthday and they gave her a not-so-hot with sprinkles to celebrate her special day 🎉
