Double Shot Coffee Drive-Thru

The chai tea and americano coffee were flavorless. The chai tea was filled 2 inches below the rim of the 24 Oz cup. We spent 20 dollars including tip on overpriced, bitter, and unpleasant drinks. Upon pouring out the chai tea, I was left with chunks of what I assume to be rotten soy milk.

They have grown up alot in the last year or so. This sugar cookie is to die for omg i regret every other cookie i've ever had. ( just dropped a piece on the floor and contemplated eat it... they are that good) this cookie is life changing.

Double Shot always delivers some of the best coffee I’ve had. Their prices are affordable and worth every penny. Any time I have a few seconds to spare I go through their drive-thru and I’m out in no time.

I have always enjoyed good coffee here until recently. Their staple menu items dont taste as good as they used to. They are training new people right now, which I understand but its a shame they have allowed their best drinks to fall by the wayside. its just a matter of training people how to make coffee. I am sad to say I am going to have to start trying other coffee shops in the future. $5 is too much to spend on a coffee that doesn't taste very good.

All of their non-coffee drinks like chai, smoothies, etc., are so watered down.

Double shot has always been my favorite coffee in town. I generally get it more than once a week. However, today I wanted to grab a quick coffee but waited for more than 20 minutes just to get to the window then the coffee wasn’t as good as normal it just tasted meh.
Now, I must say I know they are understaffed and likely trying to train I’m just bummed with the experience.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Double Shot over the years and have had an overall great experience. Today was the exception. The Sunday crew really needs to get it together. Our order was taken by a young lady with the iPad. It took her three times to understand what I ordered: a hot 16 ounce American with cream and two sugar free sweeteners. Then we got to the window and the young man had no idea what we ordered. Again, it took two tries for him to understand what we ordered. He kept apologizing but did not hesitate to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. When we finally got our drinks 13 minutes later, the ONLY coffee that was correct was the drip coffee. I am so disappointed.

I love this place. I personally think they are way better than Starbucks and I'm a Seattle girl born and raised. They have tons of options and flavors and the prices aren't super high.
