Sarah's Bagel Cafe

Tasty turkey and a bowl of tomato basil. Very good. As with everyone else, there was a wait BUT it's worth it.

The food here is pretty good and their boba and coffee is pretty good. There are just two issues I have with this place. And the first is the man that works there (I assume is the owner) was extremely rude to me and made fun of my order because I asked for my sandwich without tomatoes and sauce. He made me feel dumb. He was also rushed us through the line when there was only one person behind me! All the other employees seem nice though. The second issue I had with this place was the price. Two small sandwiches and a boba for 30 bucks!! I use to love coming to this place but will not go back after being made fun of by the guy who works there who I assume is the owner.

Great food but terrible customer service. Waited at the counter for 15 mins without even being acknowledged. The lady at the counter even took a phone order before mine. Got my order wrong, ordered two #12, Just got one. She was not cordial or pleasant at all. No smiles, no thank for you for coming, no customer service skills. Not sure the bagel is worth the wait and the attitude

The customer service was amazing, definitely new favorite cafe. Had amazing drinks, their bagels are you die for. Best boba I've had in a long time.

I used to love coming to this place weekly, but the customer service is horrendous. When they run out ingredients they don’t tell you they just substitute it with whatever they want and expect that to be acceptable. Whenever anything is wrong the become completely defensive about their wrongdoings and don’t accept any accountability. You can hear the male talking in the background of the call telling me that I am wrong when I am offering proof that I’m right. To lose a customer over your own mistakes is just bad business.

I'm not a fan of bagels but I did have the curry soup. That thing needs to come with a warning lable if you can't handle spice! I was expecting a sweet yellow curry not the souls of the damned. It was delicious though.

Unassuming location with a variety of sandwiches. The chicken curry soup was delicious and full of authentic flavor. Looking forward to visiting again and trying out more of the menu!

Lots to choose from! Patient and friendly staff! Quick service and it was really good!

I love their bubble/ Boba teas. The bagel sandwiches are also great and never disappoint. It does get a little busy in there, so be kind to the workers. They do amazingly and their customer service is great!
I definitely recommend trying this place out.
