Manhattan Cafe

Best place to have breakfast. Traveling through from Portland to Texas week of August 12-16. Picked off google. UNBELIEVABLE LUCKY CHOICE. Nice friendly place with great wait staff--Vista & lovely blonde lady Danitra or Kira? Loved bantering with locals. The food was awesome and more than we needed. Hash browns live up to the Idaho standards! Going back if I have to go out of my way to get there!

I love the Manhattan Cafe. When I go there I seriously feel the small town vibe that we have downtown. That makes sense, since Mountain Home is a small town, but the Manhattan makes you feel like you’ve stepped back 20 years or so. I like that. It’s kind of different than other places such as Stoney’s, which I also love. If you’ve never been, pick a Saturday and take someone to breakfast. There are lots of options and you can’t go wrong. The sausage is amazing, but they’ll make you whatever you want and take good care of you.

We are here at lunch and it was crowded-ish ugh only the large tables remaining open after we found the last 4 person both.
The food was good. Not great. We had the Rueben and Steak Fingers. The fries were HOT and plentiful (best part of the meal).
Waitstaff was unattentive after taking our drink/food order and delivering it to our table. Pity.
Price was as bit high, but not too out-of-line based on the current fuel & food prices.

With out a doubt the best breakfast you can get anywhere in this town

The girls work so hard and always so nice.and the food is like restaurants from long ago.real food.they give enough that the belly is full for the day.yogurt for supper lol

The food here was good. The prices are insanely cheap which is of course great! The pancakes were the star of the show, but the eggs and bacon were good too. Staff was friendly. I’d come again if I was stopping through.

I'm a southern boy that love good food and great flavor and this place delivers. Big portions, everything is fresh and absolutely delicious. Staff was sweet and had a good sense of humor. A hidden gem for sure.

An off day for the Manhattan Cafe. Food was ok. Took over 35 minutes to get it. Could not get silverware for a bit. Never did get a refill on the coffee. Disappointed to say the least. Use to be the best place for breakfast. Everything comes to an end, and Manattan Cafe is on it's way out!

Small but good food. Was really busy so it takes awhile to get served, but worth the wait.
