We ordered three drinks one peppermint mocha, one caramel latte, and one kids peach and cream Italian soda. The Italian soda came with no cream, just a club soda and flavoring, and was very bitter. The peppermint mocha had no peppermint flavor and it just tasted like a glass of chocolate milk. And the caramel latte tasted like a plain latte, coffee and milk that was all. When we asked them to add cream to the peach and cream Italian soda we had ordered, they told us that they did not have cream. He under charged us for our drinks and then asked us to dig out a quarter to pay the remainder after we already paid the total he said it was on the our card. Pretty disappointed with my experience.

What a fun location, wonderful people and amazing food & drinks. Yum.

Absolutely the best BLT in the world! I have had it three times and it is by far the best BLT I have ever eaten. My wife got the grilled cheese. She said it was also the best she had ever had. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

Best cup of coffee (triple shot 8oz Americano) I’ve ever had. Period. Tasted smooth & delicious; and made me want to uppercut an elephant.
Avocado toast with bacon, red onions, & greens is pretty damn good.
Danielle ground my coffee beans for me in-house for the style I do at home.
Sweet, chill vibe in the café.

Holy Cow this place is amazing!!! its warm, and cozy, and built out of a stinkin grain silo!!! Hands down the best coffee shop in Moscow. Best coffee in Moscow, best food in Moscow, best atmosphere in Moscow. I don't ever write reviews but I think this place deserves one. My husband and I got the chipotle sandwich the silos salad one of their rolls and a medium drip. YUM!! the bread was like a doughnut but only for a dollar! Gotta check this place out its a hidden gem in the PNW.

Quite a few reason as to why this is the best coffee shop in Moscow. I've gone here a few times and have been blown away by the quality and service every time.
Their menu is simple but unique.
Their coffee is the best in town. They've got a smooth drip coffee and a large selection of espresso drinks that aren't super sweet and I love the turmeric ginger tea.
You have to try the breakfast sandwich. I get the Everything Bagel with Bacon and last time the owner suggested I put chipotle sauce on it and blew my mind it was so good.
For lunch I always rotate and split with my husband the Pesto Chicken Sandwich and silos salad or the chicken tortilla soup. Idk what is in that balsamic glaze but it is crack.
I loved to see them expand their seating by adding the two high top seating around the columns.
Keep up the good work.

Hands down the best study/workspace in Downtown Moscow. First—the atmosphere is unbeatable. Where some local coffeeshops can feel cavelike, the floor-to-ceiling windows give the sleep-deprived working student access to much-needed vitamin D. The range of early-to-late hours of opening offer something for everyone—a glimpse of the sunrise for the early bird, and a jolt of caffeine for your average night owl.

Both the coffee menu and the food menu have knockout items. Order a personal french press for a simple, yet delicious cup of coffee. Or get a Cafe Borgia (best item on the menu)

Though the food is pricier, it delivers. The avocado toast is out of this world.

The silo rolls are scrumptious!! So yummy, I could eat a dozen! I can’t say enough. Very interesting atmosphere, good service and drinks.

So friendly and such good coffee and food. My husband and I have fell in love with this little place. We drive from Pullman to Moscow to get our coffee from them it's just the best

Delicious blueberry coffee cake and perfect latte! Architecturally beautiful, smooth music, makes for a relaxing respite!
