One World Cafe

Chill coffee house with some bar service. Great for writing and reading. I usually get their Cubano espressos and it is so good here! The baristas are friendly and the atmosphere here is conducive to studying. My favorite thing are the large windows at the front of the cafe. The light here is really good in the winter.

My go to place in Moscow! Cheer someone up, get them a gift card for One World; it’s always appreciated! Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. The one place where they get to know your name and “the usual” for regulars.

This is a great place to go on a date, hang out, do art, whatever coffee shop needs you might have. It's fun, quirky, and sweet. The workers aren't always the most talkative but are sweet nonetheless! It's definitely a local hotshot for those that live in Moscow. There is quite a bit of seating and array of goodies. There are some days they do open mic night and that's always a treat.

The employees were very abrupt and made my friend and I feel like we were inconveniencing them. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for a hand pie (which is fine, I don't mind waiting for food) but it wasn't heated all the way through which made me nervous because that means they didn't cook it all the way or it was left to sit out. They seemed very annoyed when I had to ask for a to-go box when I had asked to make our order to go at the register.

Worst service. The wait staff was very rude and snarky. My wife ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but they kept shouting something about a hot vanilla latte. Only once we noticed that they were glaring at us while yelling the name of the drink, did we realize they meant us. The baristas kept giving us weird looks and made us very uncomfortable. We will not go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Super nice

The coffee is good but the staff I’ve encountered is rude and pretentious. I don’t feel comfortable coming here, I prefer supporting the other coffee establishments where I don’t feel like a burden. Also whenever I order on DoorDash, they suck at following directions and their food items are usually out of stock.

One World has done a great job of expanding their services and seating areas while maintaining the quality of their coffee and food. They focus on local products, such as coffee from Landgrove Coffee in Troy, and they have been great about keeping the cafe clean and enforcing the city's face mask mandate in order to keep their shop open and their baristas employed. The only thing is that not all of the baristas are as fast as they could be, meaning I tend to only come here if I'm going to be staying for a while and never if I'm on my way somewhere else.
