Black Rock Coffee Bar

This was my first time coming through black rock today and it was really great! I just had to write a review because the guy that greeted me at the window was so kind and sweet! I didn’t catch his name but he was blonde and was working around 1:30-2:00 when I came through today and I hope he gets recognition for the service he provided today. Also the coffee was awesome ! :)

I usually love black rock, they’re my goto coffee place, but this location never fails to mess up my order. There’s been numerous times I haven’t gotten almond milk but I’m charged for it, and I’m allergic to regular milk. I don’t have time to go swap the drink out because I work. I also ask for it to be made drinkable at 130 degrees, I think they’ve managed to cool it to this one time at this location... not trying to be mean but cmon y’all I’m just tryna send the love :(

We normally go to a different location, but their espresso machine was down. Went here instead, quick in and out. I like the double sided drive through too.

I just ordered coffee instead of an energy drink from here for the first time and got the Praline Breve with oat milk. It is the best coffee I have had in my life and I dont think ill ever go anywhere else for coffee again. They are A++ every time I get them but this topped everything!

We always make it a point to stop at Black Rock! We were really craving some caffeine today and Kyon was an absolute pleasure to meet and have help us! Coming from a service industry worker herself... Give this guy a big fat raise! He's amazing. Oh, and the coffee didn't disappoint!

So USUALLY I absolutely love coming to the unstuck and Cloverdale location.... Everyone is always bubbly and happy and super helpful. But today 9/12/2021 @ 530 the young chick working, was very rude and had a very apparent bad attitude. And this would be 2 days in a row thats shes had a bad attitude. Not gonna stop me from shopping here, but someone might wanna say something to her. Or give her a hug...🤷

I didn't have to choose a breve or a latte.
When a customer is just asking you why the same drink can be ordered elsewhere (including other blackrock's)... it's to find out what the disconnect is. The attitude was not necessary.

Black rock is so good. I usually get an iced Americano wherever I go and they make a great Americano!

Good beans, roasted well and served with a smile. Friendly staff, frequent visitor and they set us up with a rewards plan right away that’s so easy to use. Daily $3 specials are a big value. We’ll be back!

Abby made me the best drink I ever had and its now my favorite! Salted Caramel Irish Coffee, iced. All the staff is great, everytime!
