Bordertown Coffee and Bake Shop

Had to change my review due to a change in ownership. I have found I only get a good drink from on of the only two baristas that carried over after change of ownership. They could really use more training in the rest of their baristas. Their customer services is still great everyone is always nice and pleasant. They did expanded their baked goods and added in a few more special offers that are posted on social media and in store. Just seems like the drinks aren't as well done as I got accustomed to.

I would just like to say the customer service with Bordertown is outstanding from start to finish. Like I originally posted the customer service was great to begin with, but the owner really took the time to look into my concerns and then addressed it. For me this is what small business is about. I will hopefully be back again soon and will be having another cold brew.

Would be willing to give a second go at this coffee house. I give it two stars because the employees and the location were very nice, however the cold brew tasted like there was some harsh cleaning chemicals in it. I have had cold brew from many different shops both national and local so I understand there can be a different flavors but this honestly had a chemical taste.

We prefer to drive out of the way an extra 10 minutes to come here to get our coffee. Always friendly staff the best coffee around and they are super fast.

Mexican mocha is always good, love their chocolate donuts. Last time I got the donuts they were pretty smashed and most of the chocolate icing came off in the packaging, resulting a messy situation. Staff wasn't wearing masks and not as nice as usual either. Still my go to place for a mocha and a donut. Just seemed like maybe an off day for them.

This is the best choice coffee in Idaho! Service with a smile, efficiency on point, great price, selection, taste, and they have awesome food as well. Highly recommended!!

Love this place, and I'll say I prefer over Dutch bro's and Starbucks. Staff is always super polite and they take great care of you. Best scones ever, and their cinnamon rolls are killer. Great job Bordertown. Keep it up

Love there coffee and treats. They have a lot of fun stuff.
They also sale lavender sugar, CBD, Flip flops and more. Awsome shop

It's ok. Friendly service. Better deal on their medium mocha than a local competitor and not nearly as annoying. Their sausage breakfast sandwich was nothing great; just something you could get at Walmart and toss in microwave. Save your money on that one.

Bordertown Coffee is a fantastic place to get our morning cup of joe! Being from Utah and loving our home town coffee shops, we are always on the lookout for highly reviewed places in the areas we visit. We were very impressed and will be back the next time we are out this way! Coffee is amazing! Highly recommend!
