Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch isn't usually my go-to, but I've always been pleased when I hit this location. I don't mind people listening to whatever they want when they are working, but admittedly the loud tunes blasting outside is something I've never been a fan of. I can hear myself think when it's time to order, so the loud jams from the window itself don't bother me. Maybe I'm weird for this, but it's worth mentioning in case it's not just me.

Such a shallow thing aside, the coffee itself is what I come here for and I leave happy every time. They are always very patient and friendly when I ask about dairy-free this or that. No "probably", just yes, no, or may contain traces.

10/10 so nice, would recommend. my friend also gives it a 10/10

Lines are always so long but they get you through fast with a friendly atmosphere and great drinks!

LOVE this location. Unfortunately the reason why I rated this location 2 stars is because I went through there yesterday, (03/12) and ordered my medium oatmilk honey kicker - absolutely delicious, no complaints. However, my mom went through about an hour later, ordered the same drink (we both had the same man make it - red head with some facial hair) and he told my mom it was made with oatmilk when in fact it wasn't. (We can tell what milk our drinks are made with by color). Now I get it, places get busy and things get messed up. But as a person who has worked in the food industry, if you don't know exactly what you're handing your customer and you say it's the correct order when in fact it's not. SUPER unprofessional and it takes your customer service down a few notches. We don't spend almost $7 on our drinks to have to dump them down the drain. If things need to be double or even triple checked, then do it. I HAVE to have oatmilk as I have a severe dairy allergy and I come to dutch because they are THE B O M B - same with my mom. But I'm a little ticked off as this is not the first time this has happened.
Your customers know what their drinks are made with just by the color of the drink - if you are asked if it's made correctly, make sure it is. Check your stuff guys!

I asked for a large chai golden eagle with extra chai and was handed a medium chai tea with caramel and milk. I ordered a coffee drink not a tea. The golden eagle is a coffee there was no coffee period especially when I needed that pick me up. Very upset. Will not be back.

The staff here is so kind and helpful! I sometimes go through the drive through with my daughter after we drop big brother off at school, and they are always willing to recommend new beverages when I ask and even engage with my daughter (who absolutely loves it). We love Dutch Bros!

We frowned when we heard, "No more pumpkin spice." The barista recommended horchata (sp.) Chai latte. WOW! We'll have THAT one again! Good call!
