Wake Up Call - 4th St. CDA

Update June 21: I am literally so impressed with every person here it's nuts. The crew is awesome period. My wife's drink is so complicated I can't tell them what to make. They literally figured it out down to the measure tools they have to where she now can tell any store how to make it and it will be made perfectly. Way above and beyond. I won't go anywhere else.

Sep 20: If your sick of a burnt taste from a green provider, this place is for you. I dont drink coffee and I recommend any coffee drinker to get off the buck and get a wake up call!

I am so impressed with the quick, friendly service here! Jack was super patient with me when I was trying to decide what to get. He recommended the dramatic pumpkin and even made it with some coconut milk whipped cream since I am lactose-intolerant. SOOO GOOD 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! Thank you!

No other location like 4th street. Michaela brightens the entire globe. Worth driving past 4 other Wake Ups to receive these interactions. My Frostbite is made perfect every time even with the 11 ice cube request. My order is detailed and probably considered annoying, but the service here gives no grief. Paying attention to these details shows the level of care. Thanks so much Michaela and crew

I usually don't post reviews but.... I have to say this place made me a Carmel Macchiato this am 11/23/2020 and I am VERY VERY hard to please when it comes to coffee! The Gal made it to A GOD TEIR level of perfection! Just gotta say it surpassed my 50 to 60 prior Starbucks Macchiato experiences! They were very happy and fun to interact with and I am a grumpy ole man who hates mornings and they made me smile, and then I drank my Macchiato and went to a liquid heaven in a cup!!! Thanks you guys were awesome!❤️💕😁

Always have a pleasant experience coming here. Ember is by far the sweetest barista there is! She always makes great coffee and always has a smile on her face!

Always a warm and friendly experience! Ember, Sam, and Michaela are always willing to go above and beyond for every order. But that is not to discredit everyone else. Every person who I have encountered who work there always provide a great customer service experience.
