Excellent service. Beautiful decor and location. They serve a cortado, so they know what's going on in coffee geekdom, though their roast is not my favorite flavor profile (I prefer some chocolate and caramel richness as opposed to this this clean and sour Central American and Peruvian kinda taste that seems to be in fashion). I'd come here if I lived in Coeur d'Alene.

Nice place. Really loud and busy. Not a quiet coffee shop. Nice decor. I have food allergies, so there was not very many choices. No parking lot. My food and drink were tasty and it's in downtown so you can walk anywhere. Had quite a wait to ferry my toast.

Coffee was okay but breakfast burrito made me sick.

A beautiful downtown coffee shop. Very chic and plenty of unique espresso drinks to sate your caffeinated appetite. Of course, if you are more a tea person, they have enough loose leaf variety to make you come back.
White Velvet Latte is a must here.

One of my favorite coffee places in CDA! I love the revamped look they gave the building, very shabby chic. They have a lot of excellent drinks and snacks to choose from. The Vault is locally owned and always aims to please.

Went there after dinner and got a wonderful cup of tea! Next time it will be one of their specialty drinks because the one with the ice cream that was made while I was waiting looked delicious.
That it is attached to other businesses is a bonus too. We went through the building and found a door leading to Merlyn's - which was our next stop

All baked goods my friend and I have tried have been delicious and reasonably priced.
The coffee is good, and the drinks are well made.
The baristas are friendly.

A girl named Eve was working alone around noon on 10/6. She is doing a great job serving everyone though she is the only one. She’s very polite and hardworking!

tasteful neutral color aesthetic, however it can't seem to decide if its a clean monochromatic theme, or warm browns-and-lamplight. would prefer the former, altho that tends to detract from the "cozy" feeling that coffee shops are seemingly obligated to provide. at any rate, the mocha i had was good and well-presented.

They charge almost $4 for a kids chocolate milk. That’s absolutely ridiculous.
Also, there’s a girl with dark, short, curly hair who is rude. Made our coffee and walked away without saying anything. Had to ask another employee if it was our coffee sitting on the counter. We said thank you, no response.
