Always friendly baristas and delicious coffee!

It's my favorite coffee stand and everything they make me tastes great.

This used to be one of the best places to get coffee.. since they now have numerous locations there service has declined... Doesn't matter what stand you go to all the girls pretty much act the same.. The pleasantview jitterz has some of the worst customer service ever and we buy 4-6 drinks each visit and tip very generously!! For example we came and ordered drinks the girl makes them and says sorry we're outta whip for today but then hands drinks to the ppl behind us looked like they had plenty of whip! The next day the line is out to the road after 30 mins in line we finally are 2 cars back from ordering a girl comes out goes to the cars that just pulled in took there order and walks right past me I waited another 10 mins I finally get to order the girl asks big or little straws I said big straws please she then takes 2 little straws sticks them into my drink licks them off and throws them away then grabs a big straw and hand me my drink!! I don't care who you are that's nasty!!! Me thinking maybe there just busy that day or maybe it was a bad day but no it's literally everyday every time we've gone here and it takes buying 13 coffees to get a free one good luck reaching that.

First time experience, 1st girl was very rude and short with us. (Half sun tattoo on the arm) And all of the girls were talking and on their phones. Will definitely not come back.

I available love this place! They always remember my order and it always tastes perfect! Prices are very reasonable!

I love getting coffee there. They make my favorite drink perfectly. A blended white angel, Super yummy!❤
Only issue I've ever had is there has been days where its not a 5 minute wait. It was around 10 to 15 minutes of them making a coffee or waiting in line with cars for 15 to 20 minutes sometimes because they can be chatty but its also because they get very busy. With a line cars up to 6 or 7 on each side when u get in line. but when you're wanting a good coffee with great service, u can deal with the wait.

Been to alot of different jitters. Unfortunately the one on government is always a little crazy. It should never take 40 minutes to get drinks when there are 3 cars in front of us. The other side was smooth and there was a girl taking orders from the the cars in the other line just not the side closest to government way. We watched multiple cars leave as it took so long. We would have bit we were trapped in line by another car. I ordered a strawberry Jett tea which looked like the beer Steve stiffer drank on American pie. My wife has a lactose issue and asked for soy milk . Needless to say 15 minutes after her drink we were on the hunt for a toilet. On a positive note my kids lotus was good.

I really do love the products from jitterz, staff are very friendly and a business I’d visit again. However, 25 min to process 2 cars in front of me! The # of drinks between the two cars was 5 total. I was trapped in line so stuck waiting, three baristas in the stand…..this isn’t their fault but poor planning. If cars are holding up the line they should be moved to wait and drinks brought out.

05/22/2021 Update: Over the past couple months service has definitely improved. I have noticed that there has been more attention to quality and training of new employees.
Update: Great coffee, great service... well, used to be. I have seen how this business has grown and changed over the years and has not been for the better. The wait times have gotten longer because they serve food items. The chance of them getting your coffee right is 50/50. Finally, a lot, not all the girls seem to be in a bad mood or just not friendly. I resulted to publicly writing a review because talking to the people who work there or the owner does seem to have an effect. At this point, I don't care if I get banned from going there anymore... maybe another coffee stand wants my money, this business seems to have so muchmoney, mine doesn't matter.

This was our first experience here. We waited in line for 15 minutes only to have customers behind us continually being served drinks. Only after a very long wait with the customers behind us leaving with their drinks did a barrista come to our car to take our order. While the coffee is good, we won't be returning again. We understand now that you can text ahead an order, which is great, but it seems like the priority goes directly to them and not those who actually wait in line for their drinks. If you didn't know this was an option as we didn't, then you receive poor service.
