18 minute drive through wait with only 3 cars ahead of me. 6 bucks for a lukewarm coffee I ordered hot. Ghetto music blaring from the prep area I had to suffer while I waited for the used car salesman in the window to shmooze every one in line ahead of me as if he was building relationships for life versus serving coffee. At 9am, most of us just need our java, "bro". And I'm a 50 year old man in business attire driving a Buick sedan. Do you really think I want to be addressed as "bro" by some kid? If they were fast on the service and got the order right and charged what a 20 oz coffee is worth, sure, call me "homeboy" if you want. But, make me wait because your service stinks, serve tepid coffee for 6 bucks a cup and then make me listen to Rap and a shmarmy sales pitch when I finally get to the window? No, you don't get to call me "bro", and you won't see me in your crawl through line again either. 1st and last visit. Could not have been more disappointed.

I was pretty disappointed in the cost given the fact that the drinks were VERY watered down and honestly didn't taste good at all. I'll continue to go back to giving my business to The Human Bean.

We go through this stand EVERY day, sometimes multiple times a day. Spend massive amounts of money there and then today get turned down for a sticker because I didn't buy the right KIND of coffee???? I will take my money to Jitterz from now on. Very sad.

Super friendly and upbeat. We had an Americano and a mocha breve, very good and not scalding hot. As Goldilocks would say "they were just right!"

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They always make It a point to call you by name and say hi to you even if they are working the other window. Drinks are super yummy too!

Love the Dutch bros in hayden super happy energetic people always make our coffee super good been to others got to say this one is the best as far as service, and quality love visiting this place!
