Great place. Great atmosphere. Great coffee and pastries. AND they donate 100% of their profits to local communities.

I mean..what's not to like here?

CDA Coffee is located in such an awesome building. I wish I worked at the attached business incubator!

On my visit to CDA I happened to stumble upon this coffee shop. The industrial look lured me in and kept me impressed throughout my stay. However, what was most important were the drinks the shop offered and the friendly staff. I definitely recommend the Heart of the Awl!

This place seemed like an awesome place to sit down and complete a lot of work or converse with friends. I wish I could call the area home so I could visit more often! Thanks for the awesome experience.

My partner and I were passing through and happy to find this gem. You can tell the proprietors care deeply about the customer experience because the interior is impeccably decorated, staff friendly, branding pleasant and wifi easily accessible.

The chai isn't too sweet and pour over flavorful, the interior design sophisticated without being pretentious. And lots of outlets.

We'd highly recommend stopping in if you have an opportunity.

A long overdue addition to the Coeur d'Alene coffee scene! Modern space with specialty roasted small batch coffee and other mandatory hipster products. This is a community venue which we hope stays around for like, ever.

Delicious drinks and really awesome interior and the employees were great. We especially noticed how Kristen went above and beyond. They all work so hard and are so friendly. Very clean and inviting coffee shop! I'll be back often

Service could've been a little more friendly, but the space is gorgeously industrial and the coffee is very tasty! I got a iced toasted hazelnut 😍👌🏻

This is a great coffee shop to go and get some work done and enjoy a nice fresh cup of Joe. It’s located in a cool building with lots of things to look at. Will definitely be going back here.

The coffee is good, the staff are all very helpful and friendly!
But man, the atmosphere has declined since I was last at this shop.
A few years ago, it had a cool, minimalist vibe. A bit of a “tech startup” style, but it was consistent.

When I went in yesterday, it was cluttered and eclectic. It felt like someone was told to decorate and then told nothing more. It’s inconsistent.

Wish I took a photo. There’s just random shelving and completely filled up counters and bar space. It feels stressful and inconvenient to have almost all surfaces covered with stuff.

I’m sure that whoever did the decorating tried their best, but they should reassess how many shelves of random knick knacks a space really needs.
