If you are allergic to bees then do not go there for a while or go early in the morning when its cold because its swarming with them right now. My daughter got stung there this morning cause 2 bees flew into our car while our window was down to take our drinks. The girls there said they have been dealing with it for about a week. If they rent that spot I hope whoever owns it has the bees relocated. Great drinks and super nice workers.

I personally got the boba blended drink, and thought it was amazing, and the wait isn't bad at all. They also have different types of boba. (Tapioca pearls, jellies, and normal boba.)

I always get excited when I find local places that offer bubble tea, and Awaken Coffee (I think) has some of the best in the area. Hubby and I tried the Peach and Blue Hawaiian flavors, both of which were delicious. I loved the flavor of the tea used, and the boba was cooked perfectly. Our barista was also really sweet and friendly. Super happy! We'll be back.

I'm only rating based off of the one thing I've tried, which is the boba.

They have the usual variety of flavored "popping boba pearls" that a lot of places carry (I'm not a fan, but options are options). They are however, the only stand in the CDA/Post Falls/Hayden area that I can find serving real boba. If there was some competition, I may not give 5 stars, but for now, they are the best in the area.

They don't seem to make their own from scratch like the Canton Chinese restaurant does down on 4th st., but it's a very consistent, quick and easy access boba. *Note that it is a sweetened boba pearl (my personal favorite), unlike Canton's offering (also good), which is plain.

Their tea base offerings are (last I was in) black tea, green tea and Thai tea, all with a wide variety of flavors to add. My personal recommendation is black tea with Taro flavoring.

Raspberry smoothie with boba, every time!
The staff here are always amazing and I honestly haven’t had a better frappe or smoothie or really any coffee beverage anywhere else, and very reasonably priced! I love that I can afford it often and I’m able to leave a nice tip rather than pay for an over priced chain Location beverage.

Disgusting boba! Don't order from here! We purchased 7 bobas and spent over 35.00 only to receive a product we couldn't drink. The boba itself was hard/ clumped together and inedible. The flavor power was curddled at the bottom of EVERY drink, creating a tasteless watery slush. My daughter found a hair in her drink! Honestly this place is horrible!

I love going to Awaken for Boba :) they overall do a great job. It does depend on who’s working though as to how your drink tastes... Most of the time it’s great, but if you get the one girl, expect her to forget what you wanted and for things to be a bit over watered, missing things you specified, and lacking in flavor.

I love boba tea, and have traveled all over the world, trying it in different countries. You guys are doing it wrong.

#1) Your boba is not cooked! No one wants to bite into a mouth full of raw boba, that's horrible! Please don't just sit it in water, actually cook it first. The fact your boba is raw makes me sad. The center is so hard, and that is NOT how boba should be! If you do not cook it, the centers will not be chewy. That, to me, is so incredibly disappointing.

#2) Your boba is sweet, but your tea is not? Why do you not ask people if they want full sweet, half sweet, a little sweet, or no sweet? Boba tea is supposed to be fairly sweet, it is considered a dessert beverage in Asia. This is especially important for your Thai tea. This is one of my favorite types of tea, and the way you make it is very bitter. That was not what I was expecting in a Thai tea.

#3) You are using the wrong kind of tea for your milk teas. Although you technically "could" use regular American black teas, oolong tea, or at least an Asian black tea will give you a much better flavor for your milk tea, and other powders you probably have, like taro, and matcha, etc. It's an Asian drink, and Asian teas don't really cost any extra. You just have to know where to buy them.

#4) (Optional) You should invest in a sealer for your lids. Usually, when people get boba tea, it comes in a cup with a plastic film sealed lid, so people can shake their tea before they drink it. When they put the straw in, there is a satisfying "pop" sound. It just adds to the overall experience.

Please, please, please... at least cook the boba, so it can be chewy instead of hard. Serving people raw boba is just messed up. Thank you.

The baristas here never fail to make my drink perfectly. I usually get the iced vanilla chai latte, but I have tried their smoothies as well. Both drinks are tasty, and I love how fresh the smoothies taste. The baristas are also really friendly, always asking about how the day is going or what your weekend is gonna look like. If you have time to get out and just sit on the benches outside then it makes the day just that much nicer.

I’ve tried every boba place from cda to north Spokane and this to me is the best place I’ve gone. All other teas are way too sweet to me, if you’re looking for a tea that’s not as intense as the other shops I recommend this place
