Gateway Store & Cafe

Terri and Lamar are so wonderful! We ended up staying for about 2 hours. The food was great, Terri's homemade Beans are to die for....Great food, great people, stop by and check it out...

Friendly Folks & Great Food

Great little extremely well stocked convience store.

Up until last night I'd of given this place 5 stars! But after checking there store hours and it saying that the closed at 9pm and arriving there to buy boat fuel at 8:30 and the place was locked up tight! Nothing makes me madder then a place with listed hours that doesn't stick to them.

The boys and I just got back from a nice little bachelor party weekend bass fishin on brownlee. We went to the gateway cafe several times and the service couldn't have been better! Great home cooked food and old fashioned real hospitality. Highly recommend you stop in. Oh and we slayed the bass!

Great little oasis in the middle of no where.

Stayed there for 2 nights in a old trailer that was converted into tiny rooms, no lamp, no table no tv, no wifi, (they said they had) room was not very clean, no maid service after our first night. We found spiders in the room and my friend got bit by one when he was sleeping!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!😝😝😝

These folks always have what you need whether you're passing through, fishing nearby, or camping with the family. Great little store and wonderful staff!

Great place near the river to stop for a quick bite, snacks and drinks, bait and tackle, or even nice gifts! Friendly, helpful people are running a great place.

Staff are very freindly and welcoming. Cafe serves good food.
