I had left a higher review 3 years ago, but owners have changed a couple times, each time things seemed to go down hill. The last time I was super unimpressed. My friend asked specifically if the sausage gravy had sausage in it and yhe cook said yes, when brought out it clearly didn't. Portion sizes were smaller, the food was just ok. Nothing special, no signature dishes.

Update: Thought I would give it another try. No improvement. What stood out to me this time was price increase, the amount of grease on my plate, filthy restroom with no paper towels or toliet paper, and a super loud, vulgar, and offensive kitchen.

The Owner clearly doesn't plan on staying in business long.

They now sell tacos 🌮 check them out highly recommend great customer service 🙂

The food quality differed from each of our meals.
We came in with a party of 5.
Our server was super friendly & kind.
I appreciated that.

But oh my gosh,
its hard to sit & relax when u see dirt, grime & grease everywhere.
They are in desperate need of taking everything down from walls n ceiling, cleaning and repainting.
I think if they spent a bit of money and cleaned it up, painted and updated the decor, they could be a decent spot.
They need better quality foods & a cook who is qualified to cook everything on the menu.
I sure hope they work on it. We always enjoy a mom n pop place.

Good experience. Friendly staff. I didn't care for the food that much. But based on everything 4 star is good.

Pancakes were HUGE and really good! Service was excellent. The servers treated me like I was the only one here. I understood new owners took over a couple months ago..first time I have been here and I've lived in Caldwell for 35 years and never stopped in. That will change. It's these small town, small business owners that make America great. Keep up the good work.

Food was amazing! Workers are very friendly & welcoming! Will definitely visit again!

We ordered online to have delivered. I was not that impressed. The hashbrowns had no seasoning and were hardly cooked. The fries were over cooked and again had no seasoning my son ordered the blt with turkey but there was no turkey. Ordered the Spanish omelet with beef but it was just ground beef. That was odd. It should say ground beef on the menu. We had high hopes for a local restaurant but it was not good. After reading the reviews I don't know that we would try it again.

Food was good. Had the buiscuts and gravy. Nice size portions. Friendly staff and checked on us appropriately. Son and I will be back. Only negative complaint is the bathrooms. Yikes.

This is our favorite place to have breakfast.With the new owners the food is kinda skimpy lately.Awesome service

This place is alright. Like the portion sizes. Really do have cool specials in the morning. I don't always eat biscuits and gravy but when i do this place is on the list.
