So much better than the bagel joint upstairs! The line didn’t take half my remaining life off me. My drip coffee was hot and super fresh. The gal working was very kind even though she was working alone and was multitasking (quite well I might add).

My only complaint is that the card reader does not allow for tipping. Many customers don’t have cash. I doubt the baristas are getting paid so much that tips are irrelevant. Please update your card reader. Your employees deserve tips.

If you're looking for a coffee and pastry then you'll find it here at Harvest and Grounds.

The coffee and pastry tasted fine, but the pastry was given to me cold. Even after warming it was still cold in the middle. The coffee was empty, so I had to wait for the other machine to finish brewing. I wasn't in a hurry, but a line formed behind me very quickly.

This is the only food on the 1st floor near the gates, so you'll need to go upstairs to access the majority of restaurants and gift shops.

Coffee was hot, fresh and affordable. We didn’t try and of the food because we had already had breakfast but it all looked delicious. Our server was running around doing her best to keep up with the customers all by herself!! She told us she was required to take a break and took 2 minutes to eat a bite of food. I told her it was ok and that everyone could wait 10 minutes so she could take a proper break. She cheerfully said that she would be fine and that things would slow down once the planes were boarded. Here is my point…You need to provide a decent BREAK for your awesome staff or they are going to go elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would !!! Associate said she couldn’t help us because she needed to put stuff away ! When asked she said her manager wouldn’t care about losing customers !! Besides me there were 4 that left before me !!! Bad customer service

Would have rated 4 if it wasn’t for the staff. One Staff (the gentleman making the sandwiches) was pretty rude and attitude-y (in fairness, the lady at the register and the other gentleman making drinks were nice and trying to help).
Not stupidly overpriced as most airport eateries.
My latte was fine.
Can’t comment on the food because I had to get a refund and run for my flight. They make the sandwiches from scratch so it takes a little time.

We grabbed a drink eat at the Bardenay in the upstairs portion of the airport. Then we came downstairs to wait to board our flight. For reasons I really don't totally comprehend, the male employee at this establishment spoke to my boyfriend and I as though we were dumb and acted as though we were visibly drunk (one drink each on full stomachs... No one was heavily under the influence) and refused to serve beer to us. Which was funny to me, because upstairs, we were offered additional rounds, which we politely declined. He said, "Don't you KNOW? There's a rule about heavy drinking and you're violating it." Not a big deal, but he made a huge deal about how "visibly drunk" we were. It was pretty embarrassing and uncomfortable to buy the bagel my boyfriend wanted after this guy acted as though he was policing our alcohol consumption.... After one drink on an empty stomach. Just hit up the places upstairs... Don't bother with this place.

Worst experience ever this morning, so RUDE. I would never go here again. A lady with short dark hair seemed to be training an older lady at the register. I got up to order after standing in line for at least ten minutes. As soon as it was my turn I was ignored as they were talking about the register then the dark head lady said “what do you want”. Then I asked for a bacon biscuit and she said “no we don’t have one” and looked at me like I was stupid while I could see it right behind her. So I asked what it was and she said “I don’t know, a sandwich.” So I began to pick up my bags and walk away when she finally checked what it was and said “oh it is a biscuit I guess.” I said no thanks byeeee. Worst customer service ever!!

Worst experience ever! There are lots of places to get coffee in the airport, so do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! Name of the employee on my receipt was Dilli. He (Dilli?) didn't say one word to me, as it became my turn to order. Nothing! Just stared at me with a blank face. So I said eventually said "Hello", and placed my order, he punched it into the register, and turned to do things. Still, did NOT say a single thing to me. He put some things on the counter, but they were way on his side of the counter, and it would have been awkward to reach way over to grab them...and I had no idea if they were mine or someone else's who was in front of me, because again, NO words were spoken to me at any point. So then he turns around to see that I haven't taken the items, to which he rudly gestures with his arms and makes a face at me. Still NO words. I said I didn't realize those were my items, so I reach for them, and he yells to the guy behind me "Can I help you?" before I can gather my things and get out of the way...so, I know he can talk, but it is apparently very selective. SO RUDE!!! ZERO STARS. Also, bagel was stale and coffee was bad.

Should be replaced with a coffee shop that is willing to stay open all day not just 4:30a -10:00a or give them a spot over in a corner and give thir premium spot to a business capable of staying open all say.
