Caffé D'arte - Boise Café (BODO)

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I mentioned that a drink had been incorrect on a previous visit, and they told me there was no possible way it could've been a mistake on their part, and that we just didn't know what we were trying to order. I will not be returning, which is a shame, because I used to really enjoy Caffè D'arte.

Best espresso in Boise! If you like espresso that tastes like dark chocolate and is traditionally Italian you will love D'arte! If you don't like coffee and would rather drink straight sugar or a milkshake try Dutch...

What a nice sunday afternoon, I was with a group of my friends as we proceeded into the café we thought what a good experience; not very many people there. We were the only customers there as we proceeded to get our drinks and we were sitting there chatting. Then the employee proceeded to tell us to stop playing music which we were not playing music (my friend showed a quick snip of a video aka tik tok on her phone for approximately 10 secs at a low volume). She was extremely disrespectful and there were no others customers. Feeling unsafe, we asked for our drinks to go, and she proceeded to spill most of it on the counter. Interesting how we were a group of POC folk. Wish I could have had a refund, I did not pay for a half spilled drink with a pump of disrespect. I’m sticking for flying M.

There are definitely many options for a good cup of coffee downtown, but this one is one of the best. Great central location, plenty of seating, and nice place to have a work meeting .

If you love crappy espresso this is the place for you. I have tried 2 different drinks on 2 different occasions and they were both atrocious! I miss the Tully's that used to be here!

Friendly staff, spicy Chai, tasty breakfast sandwich, good location.

I took an individual with autism who has other health issues was refused service at Caffe D'arte because he was unable to put on a mask. The store clerk said it doesn't matter if he falls under the American Disability Act (ADA) I can refuse service. So please if you know anyone with a disability or have a family member that falls under ADA don't visit this place. 7/30/2020

Music was a little loud but only because my friend and I were having a conversation. Atmosphere was otherwise perfect to catch up and enjoy a good coffee.

New favorite coffee place. Great coffee and great food. Definitely our nee go to for Saturday brunch dates.

Great fresh roasted coffee, lattes are awesome. Breakfast sandwiches are very good. Service is always consistently great!
