Java Espress

While I love the menu and have always had excellent drinks, the wait times leave something to be desired. 30 minutes is a long time to wait for 2 italian sodas and a smoothie, especially with 2 staff members present.

You go to Java Express too get your coffee drink and a experience!! Some how Cory Sanders has my stuff ready before I walk in, it's hot and ready to go!! Always taste so good, because it was the same the day before!!

Excellent reccomendantions for a first time visitor and they had tons of options including oat milk. Great customer service.

Drinks are delicious and coffee is actually brewed unlike the instant coffee at Wake up Call. The employees are always so friendly and great at what they do! Thank you!

I am a very loyal customer until today. Came through to get two drinks and watched with eye contact one of the baristas take a drink right from my cup before handing it to me?!? Who does that?? Makes me wonder who all there I have had the misfortune to share a drink with!!

Excellent coffee !! Very friendly staff. Two of the nicest young ladies chatted with me for a few minutes. Gives the little town of Blackfoot a great image.

We went inside there was three young ladies working one was managing the window one the front not sure what the other one was really doing besides standing around and talking took a few minutes to even get service and then more when we ordered our drinks then the girl forgot if she had charged us or not I of course told her no and that she needed to charge us for our drinks and that took even longer to get my card and the receipt back service was slow especially there since there was three employees and they were not very busy at all.

The customer service is awful. If you have a problem be prepared to get no help and no resolution. Will never visit the blackfoot location again.
