The food was great! We ordered the meat lover's pizza, and caesar salad. Very good. There was a wait, and staffing was also limited. When we ordered, they were having computer problems, after about 20 minutes we went to check, and our order never went in. We took part of our order to-go. Overall, the food was good, and we have great leftovers. The staff made it all right, and we enjoyed the pizza. Plan on a longer than usual wait, and know that the food is going to be hot and fresh!

Quaint and cozy with a old school atmosphere. Absolutely delicious sammiches made to order and customized to the most discriminating palate. Both the turkey and the all-cheese subs were filling and satisfying. The 6 inch size made for two small meals on the road. Clean restrooms, very clean and pleasant. Professional and quick service. Yummy cupcakes.

Best Sandwich shop both sides of the Mississippi, you can't go wrong with a nice wheat bread sandwich with turkey, bacon, olives and lettuce. Leagues above the previous owners for sure. I love the community outreach, allowing people to host concerts some weekends is good publicity and a fun activity for everyone in a town so sparse of creative outlets for musically gifted children. Excited to see how this cute little restaurant grows and flourishes.

It's now 1870 Subs and Sweets, and let me tell you, they are heads above the previous owner. Their sandwiches are amazing! You can't go wrong stopping in for a sandwich and milkshake. The new owner and her employees are the best!

Wow! The sandwiches here are amazing. I had been craving that home town sandwich for quite some time and this place did not fail to deliver as we made our way through town back to our home. Portions are great for the price and all ingredients tasted fresh. We also had the cinnamon knots which are also pretty good, but be aware if you only like doughy buns you may not like them as they come with a little crisp on the edges. If you don't like ice in your drinks be sure to ask for light ice. I did not try a pizza, but I am told by a local that they are good and given the quality of the deli sandwich I wish had room for one. The staff here were all welcoming and just a pleasure to talk to. Kudos to the owner for putting together a great team and offering a superior product. 👏

Stopped in for a local taste and was blown away. Our sandwiches were the best I've had in years. The bread was thick and crusty without being hard, the toppings were balanced just right, and the "secret sauce" (basically a spiced oil and vinegar) finished things off perfectly. Make sure to try the "Dilly bomb" garlic knots.

The most ham and turkey I have ever seen on a sub sandwich. I almost got the 12 inch thinking that it was going to be the same as subway, glad I didn't. I only got an 8 inch and I still only finished half of it. Tasted great and I would definitely go again.

Absolutely great pizza for such a tiny town! Very friendly service and plain wonderful food. I got a homemade fresh peach milkshake that was easily the best milkshake I've ever had. Give yourself some time to eat here as they appear to be short on staff; it is absolutely worth the wait!
Dilly Bombs were a fantastic appetizer and even better as leftovers drizzled in honey.

HUGE sandwiches! The 8" sandwich can be shared between two people. BBQ beef sandwich was delicious. Took about 15 minutes to get our food, but they were pretty busy.

We tried the dilly bombs and the Hawaiian pizza which were both delicious!! Great prices and great service. What a great place to stop on our road trip!!
