The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Kehalani

Not really a coffee drinker, but love their cold drinks and food items! I like their baristas.I appreciate the hard, multitasking work it takes (especially with staff shortages) and because I know I’m about to get something really ono and because I am too lazy to make these drink and food items myself so I have no reason to complain about this convenience. I mean it’s a small coffee shop with a convenient drive-thru on an island 🏝

I always have a soft spot for the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf because it’s nostalgic for me. This locations is clean, the staff are friendly, & there’s great customer service. At the time of this review, this particular location has jot adapted the brand’s app & online ordering services. Hope they can get that soon; it would really help customers. :)

Manager Napoo (NastyPoo) "Awful Service". All around discourteous and unfriendly. A few of many issues.., She said she'd bring my drink, then left it on the counter. If it weren't for another customer, I'd never known it was there. The sign said "bathroom closed", then she let another customer in, but she rudely told me it was closed after I came out. She judged me based from my appearance, and I let her know it. Look, I love my Coffee Bean on W. Lake Mead in Las Vegas, but the Manager at the one In Wailuku, Hawaii needs customer service courses. She is also cocky in not caring about reviews, so she says..

Good drinks and nice employees. We have been here 3 time this week.

I want to give a big mahalo and shoutout to the employee named Kelly! He did an amazing job it was quite busy and he was running the floor, taking orders, preparing the drinks, and still provided outstanding customer service. Attitude and approach was nothing but Aloha! Mahalo Nui Loa! Awesome employees as such deserve to be recognized, I don’t really leave reviews but this felt like a definite must! Big mahalos again!

I strive to support local businesses. This coffee shop told they ‘can’t make macchiato’. ‘We don’t make macchiato’. The barista insisted on making me a flavored latte. Yuck. I’ve never had a barista refuse to make me a macchiato but this coffee shop refused. I walked away. ALL of the coffee shops everywhere make macchiato except Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Wow. Ignorance is bliss.

Delicious freshly made coffee, and tea. Great selection of breakfast items and treats. Great service but be patient they are short-staffed but worth it. 🥰

Super nice place to have a blended coffee, I like the blended drinks.

I get a large as the extra large if giant and way to much for me.

Also, don’t forget to get a fee stamp card, once it fills up you get a free one.
