Great new location! Just across the street from the old location. Place is clean and gorgeous! Staff is wonderful!

I am so sad to have to write a negative review about this place! My friends and I loved going to Paia Bay Coffee Bar when it was nestled behind some of the stores in Paia. We just visited their new location, where Rock & Brews used to be, and then most recently where Dolly’s was. As soon as we sat down our waitress, Becca, spilled an entire wine on me, soaking my shirt and pants. She apologized and got me a towel, but I still had to pay full price for my meal and drink which I think was kind of ridiculous. I was a waitress before, and I would never have spilled something on a customer and still make them pay full price for their meal and drink. The music was also insanely loud, my friends and I were at the farthest table from the musician and we had to yell the entire 3 hours we were there to hear each other speak across the table. We love live music, and we’re so bummed that the vibe has changed so much with Paia Bay Coffee. You shouldn’t have to leave a dinner out with friends soaked from a spilled drink on you and your voice raw from yelling to have conversation with each other.

Fantastic coffee shop. It's a little hard to find as it's a little off the main road, behind another building. But looking for it is definitely worth it. Has a great atmosphere with the main eating area being in the open with lots of greenery. The food was great and staff were awesome. We will definitely come back here next time we're on our way to Hana!

Coffee tasted like they bought their beans from Costco and branded it “Paia Bay”, no prices listed, and charged $8 for a mediocre (at best) latte.
Tourist trap.

Tucked behind a line if storefronts through a little alley is one of our favorite breakfast places in all of Maui. Paia Bay Coffee is an absolutely gorgeous little coffee bar with great coffee and a surprisingly diverse number of options for breakfast. The brie and bacon croissant felt like it was overflowing with cheese and bacon and avocado and perfectly crisp, and the eggs and salad were wonderful and refreshing. The chocolate chip banana bread they served was incredible and rivaled anything we had on the Road to Hana.
It's just a short walk away from the Paia public parking lot, but it can be hit or miss on availability. Street parking is available up and down the main drag through Paia and then up the perpendicular main road. That said, it's absolutely worth hunting for parking to find this gem of a morning stopover either during your stay in the area or on your way to Hana.

Great stop for delicious and simple al fresco dining! I got the bacon and brie croissant and my boyfriend got the smoked salmon bagel, and we shared a slice of grilled banana bread. All were simple but fantastically done. The outdoor dining area had plenty of shade and lush greenery. There is no parking lot so you'll need to find street parking or park in a nearby lot. Overall, is highly recommend!

What is the point of their online ordering service if it isn’t used appropriately? I ordered a coffee and a snack, leaving my tab open for a drink when I was finished. They closed it out seconds after delivering my first order, and auto-tipped themselves. So incredibly inappropriate. We ordered nothing further and left; won’t return.

If you're starting your trip on the Road to Hana, this is a great stop. They are open early, have a nice selection of sandwiches that you can grab to go. We were there in the morning, but they had signs got Aloha hour, which is nice. It's a nice little spot, to relax. Loved their goat cheese, tapenade sandwich.

What a nice little hangout! I love the natural furniture + open air inside that's outside (the whole place is covered outside but has an inside feel). Live music is a great plus. Stop in for a break during your day 🤙
Great Wifi but only behind the bar charging...still looking for my ultimate "workplace" if you know what I mean😉
