The Coffee Store In Napili

Good coffee for a little over $2 for the 16oz. I’m a black coffee drinker so I really got the full flavor of this coffee. Great staff and the food looked really good in the counter!

Stopped by second time at this place, Blonde young barista not friendly, no thank you from her, and no response after i thanked her for making me a coffee. Good coffee, not a friendly service.

I found this great little hidden gem in 2018 while visiting our grandkids. Not a slick place like some large mega chains. No, an honest "We are here to give you a good coffee experience." It is small and I have usually found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Perhaps most important, the coffee is very good! We make multiple annual trips to see the family and each trip has multiple visits.

Was thrilled to discover this gem of a coffee shop close to our hotel in Napili. The coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We were there for 10 days and by my second visit Bobby knew me by name. There is a line of many regulars at the door by 6 am so call ahead or order online. Either way, the coffee is worth the wait!

Everything is very good, we are partial to the Mexilatte. Delicious.

-They have good coffee & other related drinks.
-When you arrive, you will stand in a line outside the door where you can download the QR code menu to see what you want to order.
-The service is good & pretty fast for a small shop.

Overall, it's a nice place to grab some coffee & pastries to start your day.

The lady taking the orders has a nasty attitude and seems that she hates her job. She’s the one with the red and black shirt today. She should have better customer service manners. She seemed distracted and forced to take the order. We we’re asking for a plain bagel but instead she was asking the inside people if they still had the everything bagel then we had to correct her again and she just rolled her eyes. Listen to your customer and show care, you stay in business because of people like us who come to you: but lesson learned. Go somewhere else.
The coffee also has a sour taste and it was burned.

Bobby was super helpful and friendly! I had never been there before and asked for her favorite non dairy coffee drink; she recommended the Mexilatte with Macadamia milk ! On point :) absolutely delicious, just moved into the neighborhood nearby and will definitely be coming back again, and will recommend it !
