Totally worth the wait! The honey latte was just right amount of sweetness, and the lilikoi acai bowl gave me energy for the rest of my day.

Love the coffee! The iced almond milk latte is also delicious. Coffee cake was a bit dry, banana chocolate chip bread was even drier, the butter pound cake was not very good. But, still love it and will come here every morning!

Although the coffee and bowls are very good, we have come to the point where we don't even want to bother coming to the shop. The lines are long and slowly managed, they're often out of everything we want after we waited for a long time, and the staff doesn't want to be bothered.
Last year, they made my son's drink so poorly I actually came back. They did replace it eventually, but we had to debate with them a bit.
Why not have the online ordering system work if you make us enter our own order on your screen in the store? Nevermind that the menu wasn't consistent with what the staff said was available...
For me, the cost and frustration outweigh the quality of the product. Last year, during our two week stay, we stopped coming due to a bad experience after the third day. The year prior, we came almost daily.
This year, I think we'll likely avoid this store for the most part solely due to a bad customer experience.

Quality of coffee & breakfast was great. Only thing you'd better be aware of is the waiting time for food is kind of long. Food is good enough worth waiting though.

Kinda disorganized store. Shouldn't have to be in the same line to order drinks and buy coffee beans or other items they have that are non-drinks. Ordered the Coconut Kona Mocha. There was a group of three girls in front of me. Two of them ordered drinks. He made their two drinks and my drink and then ended up giving my drink to one of the girls, who happily took it. I stood there looking like a goof. A asked for my drink and he had a dumbfounded look on his face. Looked back at the register to see the drink orders and realized what he had done. He did promptly make my drink but it was very well made, sorta rushed. Anyway, probably wont be returning here any time soon.

Long waits but the coffee is good. Expensive like you should expect being at Whaler’s. Would definitely go back.

Always love Kona Coffee and I normally don't even drink coffee. Forget Starbucks, go local. If you're staying in a hotel nearby, make the walk over. You won't regret it.

This place is pretty good. It’s definitely hit and miss though. Today they didn’t have any gelato for their specialty iced coffee so he said they will just make it without. Definitely not worth getting without the gelato.

Chill vibe, good coffee. If I'm in the area, I would definitely make this a stop. Beats Starbucks that's for sure.
