Limited business hours, so be sure to catch them before they close! Great coffee and one that you should definitely check out if you’re staying at the Hyatt. There’s a reason why there’s always a line in the morning because it’s just that good!

Amazing farm-to-cup coffee shop with knowledge, passionate staff. Everyone greats you with a smile and are happy to answer questions about local recommendations and the products they sell. Great variety of gluten-free goodies too!! [[Try the Peanut Butter Energy bites and their gluten-free granola for the Acai bowls!]]

Only a few vegan options, if any. But the worst was the customer service. Second time coming here and the staff never smile. I came here in the morning and there was a long line, I was watching a guests child (toddler) and also had my son (toddler) with me too. A staff asked if anyone would want to pay card and she will help me now I said great! I asked for the kamaina discount and then she lied and said we don’t have it, but I have been here before and got the discount. I told her my order and gave her my card to pay, she charged me full price, but then she said the card isn’t working and something is wrong with the card. (I think it was the machine she was using not my card) So as she’s trying to make it work the line is moving and I lost my spot in line while juggling two toddler boys. I decided to leave without my smoothie..I just wanted the fastest option and I got the most complicated option and she didn’t even help at all she could of let me back in line to get my food that I have been waiting for.
Im just so unsatisfied with the customer service here, I can’t believe they let people like this work here, in such a nice hotel they deserve happy workers!

They are seriously the best!! Tell them what you like and they will pick out what is best for your palate.

Mie H The manager is an angel to help me out so much for picking out gifts things for my husband’s taste. We’re on our honeymoon and she made it so easy. Please do yourself a favor and stop by this coffee shop while you’re at the Hyatt Regency. You can’t miss it it’s right across from Macy’s.

Great little coffee place inside the Hyatt Regency. Staff work like clockwork, but will stop long enough to help you or answer a question. Açai bowls are great as well.

Really bad and grossly overpriced. That said, it is a notch better than the Uber dark roast cheap quality coffee at the Swan Court restaurant.

My husband and I needed caffeine and couldn’t stand the coffee at Swan Court, so we went here twice. Both times they gave almond milk in a small cup on the side (which I’ve literally never seen in my life), so you have to remove the lid from your ice coffee (which they fill to the brim by the way), then waste fully dump some coffee out to leave yourself room at the top, and then finally pour a few drops of almond milk from that side cup they give you into the coffee, and lastly give them they remaining almond milk you did not use which they discard.

It’s the most wasteful and nonsensical system. They could save time, money, and resources by simply leaving a little room at the top and pouring in some almond milk like literally every other coffee shop.

Oh and after I witnessed this weird system the first time around I actually proactively requested they do not do the side cup of almond milk thing on my second visit and they said oh ok sure no problem... lo and behold they didn’t listen or follow through.

So strange and not at all satisfying. You’re better off driving to Starbucks.

The coffee was indeed delicious! Returned every morning we were there! Loved the iced Hawaiian latte and Açaí bowls.

It's official. I heard Hawaiian coffee bean quality wasn't good, but wanted to try it anyway, especially in one of the nicest resorts in the island. I paid $20- albeit the scone was good- but had the worst coffee of my entire life here. Chai was awful too. This is no exaggeration.

Great place to grab (not cheap) coffee with plenty of breakfast items and pastry options. Open early - which makes it a stable for those staying at the Hyatt. Does dig into the wallet - the coffee is excellent though.
