Nice place to get lunch. I got the applewood smoked bacon and cheddar burger, which was good along with the onion rings being nice and crispy. The burger could have been cooked a bit closer to the temperature I requested as I wanted medium and it was well done. I got a fountain Pepsi which at most I've ever been charged was a small refill fee, but here I was charged over $3.50 to get a second one. Those two things hold it from a 5 star review for me.

I went there for breakfast and tried the Kalua pork Benny, single. The service was fast, the people were really nice. Food was delicious with just the right amount of spinach and onion covered with Kalua pork, covered with an egg, all atop a muffin slice. The place was busy for a Friday but luckily there was a parking spot when I pulled in. Note, there are two lines for orders, one to order eating in, the other for takeout. Make sure you're in the right one. You will need to review the menu before you order if eating in. Menus are at the front of the restaurant for you to grab and peruse. I will come back if I ever return to Kauai.

Very busy for a reason. Excellent food, and they do their best to serve the customers. Parking can be a challenge during busy hours. Best breakfast I've had on my vacation.

Their coffee was good and their cakes tastes like homemade, we stopped on our way back to buy more. We tried strawberry cake, carrot cake & coconut and they're all were super tasty and fresh!

We went here for brunch on a Saturday morning. Our group had the Eggs Florentine (special that day) and Very Veggie Omelette. Both the items were incredible! There was so much flavor in both the dishes. I also had the mocha, which was great! The staff is very pleasant. The service was quick. This place came up consistently during my research about Kauai and it did not disappoint one bit! Definitely plan to have breakfast/brunch if you’re visiting the island. All of us had a fantastic experience!

AMAZING! Loved the coffee ice cubes in the iced coffee. Recommend: breakfast burrito, veggie omelette, french toast. We really wanted to try the french toast, and luckily they do a half order! The corn muffins are INCREDIBLE! We’d 100% eat here again!

We stopped in around 9am on a Sunday and though it was very busy, it was worth the wait! They have indoor and patio seating, as well as a second line just for pick up and coffee. We had the long boarder and a scrambled egg sandwich on a bagel. Both were great. The coffee is self serve for dine-in and unlimited. When we showed up the line was out the door but when leaving around 10:30 there was no line. Be sure to stop here, you won’t regret it!

The Kalaheo Café is an "Island Gem". We love the atmosphere, the quality of service, and the incredible food. We stopped here for an evening meal after hiking Waimea Canyon and it certainly did not disappoint. If we didn't have to leave the island the next day, we would have returned again! Thank you for such a great dining experience! This is now our "go to" restaurant on Kauai!

Great spot to grab a solid breakfast. Indoor seating is bright and clean and roomy. Outdoor seating includes quite a few spots on the lanai and along the front porch. My wife's breakfast sandwich was fantastic with full flavor and fresh ingredients. My breakfast burrito was pretty good, but lacked authentic burrito flavor or preparation. Only reason this placed missed the 5th star! Overall would certainly return, I'd just order differently.
