Cafe Kopi

The super friendly staff recommended us several things, all of which we were happy with. Chai was spicy, matcha was matchaey, kopi peng was delicious & reminiscent of Singapore, & pumpkin croissant was flaky & had a generous helping of pumpkin cream. A lovely spot.

Such a cute new cafe! Love the pup friendly atmosphere, good coffee, and the owner was so inviting! We will be back, highly recommend the almond croissant.

In my entire life, I have never been pursued out the door of a cafe upon leaving by a staff member just to remind me that I need to be vaccinated to sit in her outdoor back patio after being told that we could sit outside without a pass.

Upon initial entry into the cafe my friends were immediately greeted with an unpleasant confrontational attitude from the staff. Upon asking if they had a certain drink, we were told that they would not make it for us and were essentially steaming in a “Go away” atmosphere from the second we entered the building to order.

After getting our drinks and snacks, we sat in the back patio and ate. Upon finishing and walking out the front door to our car, a blonde barista moved from behind the counter, hurried out the door, and called to us as we were walking away. Just to tell us that we were not welcome to use their back patio in the future without a vaccine pass.

Coffee was okay.

Staff are very friendly and considerate. Delicious coffee (and amazing iced chai). Loved the dumplings so much!! Would highly recommend as a fun and delicious must eat at in Kailua!

An incredible place to read, talk, or hangout. The croissants are the best on this island, and took me back to Europe! The coffee is exceptional too!

Cafe Kopi is creating a space I want to be in. The owners are amazing, the staff are helpful and happy, the vibe is very lo-fi and welcoming, their espresso-based drinks and housemade pastries are wonderful. Thanks for your hard work.
