Successful little roaster gone big. The coffee is okay- sold in less than 1 pound bags with no roast dates, so that’s a quality compromise. But fun place to visit-free tours!

I have been longing for Kona Coffee since my last visit to the islands, To buy it here in the states is extremely pricey and most of the time it's a blend with other coffee, I found the Kona Coffee Co. floating around on line one night and decided to get it straight from the island itself, Well, to my surprise it is still expensive to purchase but at least i would be getting the real deal. Not true! I was sent two 7oz bags of ground 100% Kona for around $50. and some change, When I received them the bags had been punctured and no longer air tight, and the coffee itself smelled over roasted to the point of being burnt! Both bags where in the same condition, I opened one to try the coffee and made a pot which smelled so burned that I just went a head and threw them both away after writing to the company and not getting any response from them for several weeks, I felt there was no sense trying to send them back for a refund if the company can't even return an E mail about the purchase! So I am out my money and still do not have any good coffee. Thanks for nothing Kona Coffee Co. I hope you don't treat all new customers like this?!

My husband and I have been ordering from Hawaii Coffee Company for over a year now. We absolutely love the 4-cup pot filter packs (the Lion Gold and Mountain Roast 10% Kona blend)!

We make our coffee each morning using an electric 12-cup coffee percolator. It became somewhat of a mess trying to use regular filters and coffee grounds in it. I did some research and found Hawaii Coffee Company. Since my husband and I love Kona blend coffee, we thought this would be perfect for us, and it is!

Since we live in Iowa, we are subscribe and save members. It makes ordering less of a hassle. We make 8 cups of coffee each morning using the pre-filled packs. We will use more if we know we will drink more, but it’s so simple. We just put the pre-filled packs in the designated area of the percolator (think of the pre-filled packs you find in hotels - that’s what these are). You can use them in a regular coffee maker as well. If we didn’t use our electric percolator for coffee, we would still order these packs and use them in a regular coffee maker. We love the taste of the coffee. It’s delicious! My husband and I give it two thumbs up - definitely five stars!
