This place provides BEST coffee in Big island(in my opinion). I tried a couple of popular ones like HICO, KONA coffee and tea etc., not saying they are not good, but if you are a coffee lover, and want some good quality real espresso, drip coffee, cold brew from good quality KONA beans, Paradise Coffee Roaster is the place you’d have to check. The Barista is also very knowledgeable and professional, the young gentleman offered 4 different samples, each of them I can easily tell the strong flavor like tropical fruit, lavender, cocoa, red wine, which is a sign of good coffee. It’s amazing that at Hilo side, I randomly walked in a coffee shop and found such a hidden gem! I would definitely try their pour over if I had time. But the 2 cold brews I ordered were already super!

The coffee beans you are selling Mauna Kea on the big island are poor quality or the brewing is poorly executed or both.

$12 for one cup of black cold brew coffee. Tasted old and super acidic. I would give 1 star but I was offered a free sample, which I refused. I just didn’t expect the coffee to be that expensive or taste that bad.

Accept the free sample and prepare to pay over top dollar.

Miguel and Melody are super friendly and make the best Coffee on the island. Paradise Coffee roasters is a cool place to just chill and think. They have reliable WIFI and outdoor seating. They are also almost cupping coffee from different farms from around the island. I highly recommend this shop.

Pour over and cold brew coffee. Great bean selection, they let you try samples of some. Coffee tastes amazing. Best we’ve had on the island so far and it’s not close.

Best coffee that I’ve had on the Big Island. I appreciate how they are purists and only offer pour overs and cold brew instead of milk and/or sugar bombs. And they offer samples!

Great coffee brewing technique! Originally my husband and I had an okay impression of Kona coffee but after visiting here, we finally understand how flavorful Kona coffee tastes like. They also offer other selections as well.

Delicious and unique coffee! The staff was super friendly and talked to us about all their different blends. They have paper cups too (:

The best coffee I had in Hawaii! Artfully crafted, warm and friendly staff. All of their Hawaiian brews are the best of the island coffee.
