The works are extremely friendly and work diligently. They have a wide variety of products here, too. The service is great, and it doesn't take that long to order and get your stuff. Both the inside and outside look very clean.
Ordered a drink on the app 2 weeks ago and they were out when I got there to pick it up (no big deal). They stated the manager in the building could not give me a refund on an online order and someone would later that day. Never received a refund and was told again last Friday that the manager on duty could not give me a refund because it was not the same day. Was again told that someone would call me with a refund and I have not received a phone call and they will not connect me with a manager whenever I call.
Decent coffee. Hate the setup because you have no time to look at the menu. Someone is at your car window and someone behind you is impatient. Prices similar to Starbucks, menu no real idea just ordered a latte to get out of the way. Not very impressed because it probably wasn’t what I really wanted but no suggestions from barista.
I normally love coming here. This morning however my order was completely wrong & instead of an apology or offer to fix it, I was given an attitude. Why? I wasn’t rude. I asked what I ordered to double check I wasn’t wrong & she read back iced drinks & I was like is this frozen? It was and she said yes & rolled her eyes. No apology or nothing but a blank annoyed stare. Mind you, I always tip especially since I get a military discount anyway. Anyway that ruined my morning.
Normally I love this place. Always quick to move through the line. Unfortunately the last about 4 times I have been the coffee I have ordered has not been a full cup. I thought maybe it was just a fluke the one time, but 4 times? Even last evening when I went both coffees I ordered were only 3/4 full. The two everything bagels I ordered, I asked for and paid for extra cream cheese and foe them to be toasted. Sadly, I got neither the extra cream cheese I ordered and they were still cold and the cream cheese was just plopped in he middle. Not spread out like it normally is. I understand that everyone has bad days, or things happen. I just wish that my cups were full and the extra items I pay for are actually in my order. Definitely will keep going as they do have the best coffee and the staff is always super sweet!
Went to the drive through, asked the person at the window what's good to get, he couldn't help me but then the manager stepped in and recommended me the buzzkill. That is now my favorite drink and will definitely come back again!
The girl who helped us at the window was sooo rude. She had an attitude bc I didn’t know exactly what I wanted when I got to the window which I had never been to red owl so o figured they’d give me a second. Then when she asked if I needed a straw for the coffee before giving me a chance to answer she just said “guess not” and shoved my drinks at me. I ordered a smoothie and they were out of yogurt but offered to give me just the purée ? I’m sorry but I wasn’t paying 4$ for what would’ve essentially been a cup of mango baby food. Instead they put ice cream with it and it was alright but I just have a bad taste in my mouth between the awful attitude and the fact they didn’t even have yogurt for a smoothie when that’s on the menu.

Absolutely better than Starbucks. Especially if you are diabetic or trying to cut sugar as all items can be made sugar free. Will be back more.
