Don't use the walk up window. Waited for over five minute. I rang the bell several times. When an employee did show up he just walk past me and attended to the drive trough cars.

Outstanding Team Members and A1 customer service.The Team Members and Coffee make it worth coming back over and over...Havent been back to Starbucks since my niece told me about Ellianos.They even Spoil my SD Little Bella with a pup cup..Awesome..Plus it has a nice sitting area and grassy area for your fur babies..Starbucks cant even come close to that..

In the beginning when they first came to Thomasville this statement was true now the service sucks , they told me today I would have to start paying for my extra drizzle , they their selfs explained to me was the same price and only if I received extra in the drink it self was I to be charged the 5.85 for the small,i began to explain to the owner that I was the customer and their the ones that made the price and I haven't been being charged he began to tell me , that from now own I would be so I call the one in lake city fla, and their policy is also if you get the drizzle extra in the cup you don't pay but if you get it in the drink then you do , so there for I'm not understanding why the policy just changed in Thomasville 's store , BECAUSE THE PRICE IS HIGH ENOUGH ALREADY FOR OUR LITTLE TOWN GEEZ

Delicious 😋 definitely recommend. However very busy in the mornings so it's a bit of a wait and traffic kinda backs up, but it's worth it!

I was a regular customer but I got tired of waiting in line for 20-30 minutes for coffee. This place is so slow it is ridiculous, they seriously need to look into a way to speed up their wait times especially with Starbucks opening up!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There's a woman with short dirty blond hair who works here that gave me the worst attitude because i asked for a carmella and i guess i forgot to specify wether or not i wanted it hot or iced. So when i get to the window and tell her it was iced, she rolled her eyes, let out a breath of frustration and SLAMMED the window shut. If you dont wanna be there working in customer service, get another job. I will never go back to ellianos, at starbucks they would have asked me wether i wanted iced or hot.
