Very definition of small business. Owner run by husband and wife team. Jay the husband does the coffee, wife Hae does the food. Best coffee shop for a hundred miles. A must stop in for me when I'm in the area.

The flavored hot lattes were amazing! I tried the Caramel and my boyfriend tried the Brown Sugar. They had fresh cheesecake too! We got one slice of it.
Will be going back to this place again!

Lavender tea was a meh.. Mocha was good. Cream Cheese and honey toast was ok.

My friend introduced me to this wonderful cafe like place….the tuna sandwich (fresh sourdough bread)and scone was delish ……everything is made from scratch…..nice place to hang out with a friend to have a drink and small bites…..the matcha latte was great too….check it out you won’t be disappointed

First time coming here since moving to Suwanee, and WOW!!!! Coffee was the best we've ever had, anywhere! The care and craftsmanship they show in not only roasting their own beans, but also in preparing every drink, really shine through. And the staff/owners are incredibly friendly to each and every guest. Now I know why there were over 150 5-star reviews. Will definitely be back again and again.

Great coffee and delicious food my favorite avocado toast and chicken salad sandwich. The owner is amazing she bakes her own bread. I love everything that she makes don’t forget to try the carrot cake.

I highly recommend anyone within the area to stop by Zoom Coffee Roasters. The owners are very friendly. The coffee and food are phenomenal, it is apparent that the owners put a lot of care and effort.

The iced mint latte is perfect for the summer season. It’s cool and refreshing, while the mint doesn’t overpower the coffee. As for food, try the chicken salad sandwich. The owner makes it fresh and it’s very filling.

Zoom is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Suwanee. First off the coffee is amazing, their roast is so flavorful and you can taste through any drink you order. I rotate between and iced americano and and an oat milk latte. They are both absolutely amazing. Second the bread is just about the best bread I’ve ever had. Try the hummus sandwich, I promise you won’t regret it. Third thing and what keeps us coming back all the time, the owner is the absolute nicest person in the world, I would love to just take her home in my pocket. She greets us by name every time, asks questions about our life and takes great care of us while we are there. I love Zoom!!

BEST COFFEE IN THE AREA!! The owners are so sweet. We have been going weekly for over a year now. Everything that my wife and I have tried has been amazing- sandwiches, scones, tarts, other pastries, loaves of bread, teas,... and especially the coffee!! The coffee drinks are not too sweet, flavorings (if you like flavorings) are often made in house, and the coffee beans are roasted on site. I've never been left hunting for the coffee/espresso flavor in a beverage!! Perfect. It seems like every time we go that there is some kind of new offering. The owner is super creative and a very talented baker. It is obvious that she attempts to use higher quality, healthier ingredients. After our first visit, we have been greeted by name each time we walk in and always enjoy the conversation. So grateful to have this cafe close by!
