Peaceful atmosphere with calming music. Courteous and welcoming service. Many vegetable options with full flavor. Enjoy the veggie pho, veggie fried rice, or veggie fried noodles. Moderate prices. Fresh food served hot in a timely fashion.

The service was very polite and food was served at a good time. The phone broth was very good but I would recommend for them to saute the celery till it's soft before putting it I. The broth so that the crunchiness of it is not too obvious. The bah mi has a good taste and bread is fresh but I would recommend filling it a little more. Match tea was good though I recommend to make a brown sugar syrup for the black bobba as it needs a bit more flavor to it. (This is a review for the owner)

The food is the so good. This is my first time trying the food and I’ll give it a 5 star. It was my birthday.

Last Year In 2021, this restaurant was good. So MUCH so, that we were anxious to hit it again this year! Apparently under new management, the dinner portion sizes looked surprisingly small, like lunch portion sizes. Choices were VERY limited, and there were more sandwiches. What the He€€? What happened? The food tasted good, but not impressive, and the portion sizes weren’t adequate for dinner, and my wife confirmed that with me, and she is a Chef. The bubble tea was good. Her and I both had that. Also, the meat in both the pork and chicken dishes that my wife had did not represent a meal that you would price at $14.99. The majority was fried rice on the plate. This restaurant really let my family down this year. On their door, they advertise “Free Bubble Tea for 5-Star Google Review”. Sounds like pure coercion to me! Look at their high reviews and imagine how many bubble teas they must have given away! People can be gullible and manipulated, but food critics cannot. We are disappointed. Show improvement, and I’ll change the rating. The people who owned it before you knew how to run a Thai restaurant. You have taken traditional Thai food and turned it into “fast food crap”.

I never leave reviews but had to because I love this place so much! My family and I have been eating here for years, and the owners and staff are the kindest people. The food is amazing, and the service is also top tier. I hope Island Pho stays on St. Simon's for many years to come.

My delivery was great and timely however, I don’t believe I got what I paid for. I ordered 2 spring rolls and the combination fried rice (chicken and shrimp). The portion of the combination fried rice was extremely small and I only got 2 pieces of shrimp. Perhaps this was because I ordered about an hour and a half before closing time however I would rather you show you’re out of shrimp so that I won’t order it at all instead of paying $37 for 2 shrimps and a small plate of rice. I would have settled for something else like just chicken fried rice. (FYI I ordered shrimp spring rolls which had 3 shrimps in them each so even with giving them the benefit of the doubt that I ordered an hour and half away from the closing time…I’m sure they had more shrimp and rice left for $37. The chicken was a good amount for the rice.
3 stars really came from the Uber eats delivery and the spring rolls. The rice tasted unseasoned so thankfully I had some soy sauce, eggs and other seasonings to make it taste better.

OMG this place is amazing. Best Vietnamese coffee ever. The portions are huge and the pho was so aromatic when they brought it to the table.

((Update; the place must be under new management becouse the quality has declined alot. Now it's more of a generic chain restaurant that cuts corners and offers you less for more, skip this.))Great place to eat. I go there often, food is good, friendly staff. And you can walk next door after for a draft beer at the Growler Factory.

Stopped for lunch today and we were greeted by a very friendly waiter. Service was great and food was fantastic. We’ve been to Vietnam several times and the shrimp bahn mi that we had today was as good and authentic as any we had there. The spring rolls were also very good. Apparently they are under new management/ownership?, and recently had their grand opening. We hope they get the support they need to keep this place going. They seemed to be doing a good take out business also.

Overall was a decent experience and the pho was decent. Spring rolls were the best with the peanut sauce.
