Atlanta's Best Coffee & Bar

I am sorry that someone apparently had a bad experience, but I am here to say that whatever may have been is no more. Not sure if there is a new owner or what, but the walls appear freshly painted with what i thought was a sort of stenciling but turns they are hand drawn coffee trees. The staff was very friendly. They offer free Wi-Fi and there were students studying on the net.

The coffee was delicious. If "Steve" is behind the counter ask him to create something special for you :) The cakes were pretty good and the big cookies scrumptious!

I'm not a fan of chain coffee shops but color me a fan of ABC.

Weird hours. They are never open in the mornings when their sign says they should be open. What coffee shop is closed at 9am on a Monday?? Coffee itself isn't bad but they have no idea how to make any "specialty" drinks, lattes, fraps, etc. Keep driving down N Decatur and hit up the Starbucks...

The moment I walked in a few weeks ago, for the first time, actually, I was completely taken with this shop, and hey, I moved here from Seattle four years ago. The inviting decor and community feel, including for me as my 4 yr old waited outside the door while I ran to the car and the owner stepped out to make sure she wasn't left alone, make this instantly one of my favorite shops in the area, and the first where we will host a fundraiser for Pride School Atlanta as a dine-out. The drinks and food are great and reasonably priced and it is open early and late. Thanks to Steve for being so welcoming- turns out my buddy had been going there regularly already as well, not suprisingly. Christian Zsilavetz, Director, Pride School Atlanta

Went in tonite and had the best service from Steve. The coffee was strong and smooth! My new spot when I'm on that side of town.

Anytime I'm in this area, I love to stop by for a coffee--Delicious lattes, whether hot or iced. The owner isn't afraid of good conversation!

very nice little spot in the Decatur area, my latte was good wasn't too bitter nor sweet and didn't need to add anything very balanced. I will be back!
