PERC Coffee

Really incredible roastery and coffee shop. I drive 45 mins to this PERC just about every weekend for a cappuccino. It's one of the best that I've ever had. I also buy all of my coffee beans from here. They have great prices on single origins and coffee seems to be roasted to order. Can't speak highly enough of this place especially now that their new bar is finished.

Big place and loved the vibe

Not sure how this place has almost 5 stars. I spent $16 for two coffees that came in cups that weren’t even 12 ounces. Coffee tasted sour and was basically undrinkable. On top of that, staff was pretentious and condescending. Stereotypical TV hipsters who are trying way too hard to be experts on coffee. Treat your customers with respect and stop overcharging for bad coffee, thanks.

Excellent coffee in a cool high ceiling shop

Hands down the best quality chocolate I’ve ever had in a mocha. I would’ve went every day when i was in Savannah if I could. The staff was very friendly and even when it was super busy the drinks came out fast.

Everything was amazing! I highly recommend the ricotta waffle.

The coffee here is incredible. I have never been much of a coffee person but here I'd gladly pay $5 or more for a small cup. The pour over coffee is a pitcher for only $3 and it tastes excellent. I can't recommend the Tongue Twister enough. The spice is very subtle but you notice it more as you drink it. All of the coffee has a strong flavor without being bitter. I even enjoy it black. This is the only coffee I can say that for.

The staff are great and the both the cafe and restrooms are clean. The cafe has a nice ambiance. It's usually a little noisy but not too loud. The latte menu is small but the pour over has a ton of options. Regardless of if you live here or are just visiting I can't recommend PERC enough.

EDIT / UPDATE: Both bags of coffee we got were very good, and I appreciate the response from the owner on the cafe being in development. The instant coffee is also very nice, highly recommend for that 3pm cup because it’s less intense.

Was excited about this spot because of other reviews. I got a decaf oat milk latte and it’s not drinkable — clumpy from not shaking the oat milk, and taste like a burnt cookie. I got two bags of coffee and instant coffee, so excited to try those still, I hope they also don’t taste burnt.

Also, this is not a place to hang out and do work. Poor air ventilation, hot, and the cafe is makeshift. Looks like they are just getting started with their cafe program, and probably in a year or so this place will be really great.
