Very cute and tasty bakery. First morning in Savannah and it hit the mark! Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Chic yet homey cafe with delicious coffee, mate teas, juices and fresh bakery treats and sandwiches. Staff was eager to help us navigate the menu and patient while we made our choices. Lovely outdoor garden!

Great coffee spot. Beautiful building and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Mocha was good and breakfast sandwich really hit the spot but be warned, it’s a large sammy so bring an appetite.

Beautiful indoors and out! We enjoyed our chipotle chicken sandwich, iced coffee, and lemon lime maté! We sat outside and enjoyed the shade and plants! The service was so friendly and welcoming, and we recommend you give this place a try! We’ll be returning on our next visit!

So on return to try the sandwich I ordered a cornbeef to go ..Wet and sloppy on a potato bun wrapped in foil and parchment..Nope do better learn the art of sandwich togo cause yuck

A really great coffee and tea shop that is very charming! Located in the Victorian historic district of Savannah. We were recommended this place by the owners of the AIRBnB that we rented that was nearby. The food was delish too and they offer vegetarian options as well for both breakfast and lunch. The coffee I must say had really good flavor and was unique to Mate’ Factor. Outside seating was quaint and we met two avid chess players that were incredibly humorous and friendly!
