Saw this place as we were driving and we had to stop by, and I'm so glad we did! The place itself was very spacious, clean, and the staff very friendly - the whole atmosphere was fun. The coffee of course was delicious and the muffins were a surprise find! I highly recommend stopping by, I also recommend their cranberry orange muffin!

I stopped in this place because I had to use the restroom and felt a little guilty if I did not order. I ordered the croissant chicken sandwich sandwich and lemon blueberry pound cake. It was absolutely delicious I have no idea how anything else is on the menu but I know this will be my new go to spot whenever I take my brother for his next appointment In the area

No way this place deserves anything less than 5 stars. Nice interior, true to the place's roots, and good music. Drinks are pretty good -- but let's be honest, you're coming here to get some work done, not for an artisan coffee, right?. Prices are surprisingly reasonable and the service is welcoming.

Roswell is starving for these kinds of shops...happy to see the risk pay off. Pop's: if you're this busy during the pandemic, imagine what it'll be like afterward.

The iced blueberry tea here is delicious! Also had a yummy slice of zucchini bread. Employees were friendly and the art+motorcycles throughout is so cool!

Owner and staff are really friendly. Love how spacious it is inside. The honey cinnamon iced latte and butternut squash empanada are amazing! Love that they make some of their syrups in-house.

Absolutely awesome. Recently bought a bike and I’ve been driving by this place forever and decided. Today’s the day. So I came in here anticipation high. And it’s flipping great. The owner “pops” walked up to be greeting with a smile walking around getting to know the customers. I ordered the eggs and chorizo empanada in the potato and beef empanada and it’s delicious. High recommend 5/5 and on top of great food and coffee. They offer a full custom bike service. Come by and check this place out. Looking forward to coming here more often.

My long time friend asked me to meet him here for coffee, I had never been so I was excited! I was MORE than satisfied. This place was great. And the employees seemed to want my business. That's hard to find these days. I'll be back- probably once a week.*****EDIT**** Came back here to say that I've been here 3 tines a week since I first wrote this.

Great selection of lattes, coffee, etc. Huge open area with plenty of area for sitting, charging your phone, etc. Food is also pretty good, we drive about 15 minutes to get there every now and then just because of the food/drinks and atmosphere

Great coffee and motorcycle themed place. Good for a caffeine pit stop on or before a ride.

The coffee is SUPER GOOD!
The Cubano is amazingly authentic, cappuccinos and lattes are great, but you can't go wrong with the good ole Americano.
I thought the customer base might be mostly classic cruiser aficionados, but there are riders there of all denominations (sport, adventure, touring, cruisers, etc.) and many non-riders as well.
Not only is the coffee amazing, but they cook food (not just "prepare" it) in house.
If you like good coffee and freshly made tasty food, and you're OK with high ceilings and spread out spaces and interesting memorabilia, then Pop's Coffe Co is a great place for you. You might meet some interesting people too.
