Caffeine Addicts

Good coffee and a nice solid wrap was just what I needed. WiFi worked great fir a quick business meeting. Very friendly staff. Will be back.

We got coffee and sugar free cafe mocha at Caffiene Affictd and it was great! We hot to meet the new owner and she was very nice. The new owners did an amazingly great job in renovations. The color scheme is beautiful! It's a great coffee shop happyto say Ringgold is the perfect vity for coffee shops!

We have tried this particular coffee shop several times under the old owners and now the new. It's disappointing to say that little has changed. I asked for a coffee using the French press, as they had several behind on a shelf, and I was informed that they didn't make French press coffee. I didn't contest this so I asked for an Americano. The employee appeared very confused on the process, however, after I articulated further on what I was wanting, she proc to make my requested beverage. Upon receiving the beverage, it left a lot to be desired. The associates are friendly enough, but they appear indifferent to they costumers and product. This coffee shop has struck out for me.

The mocha double fudge frappe is a must have. Husband says the white chocolate frappe and cheese danish are the best! When in Ringgold go visit Caffeine Addicts you will be pleasantly surprised how good everything is and their prices are great!

I asked for a Brulee Frappe, she did not tell me that they did not have that, but wrote it on the receipt. Once the guy started working on my order, he told me he didnt know how to make that. So he made me a caramel Frappe, which did not taste that good. And when i flipped my cup upside down it stuck to the bottom of the cup. I wouldnt prefer this place!

Ok so first, the pros:

The two ladies working were extremely nice. I ordered the club sandwich and they made sure I was getting everything I wanted on it, and the sandwich ended up being very fresh and delicious. Exactly what I wanted for lunch, so all good there. I can't exactly speak for beverage quality since I got an iced americano (just espresso and water. Which wasn't an iced option on the menu, by the way. Just an observation). The espresso didn't blow my mind but it was solid. Can't really screw up an americano!

However...

The VIBE, man! Or lack thereof. This place does not feel like a coffee shop, it's not really the type of place that inspires you to want to hang out. It's dead quiet inside, for one thing. I know music licenses are expensive but in my opinion that's money well spent. It's also set back into the building away from the street and there aren't really windows close to the cafe so it's lit by flourescent tube lights. All of this lends the feeling of some sort of waiting room at a doctors office rather than a local coffee shop.

Anyways the employees could not have been nicer and I do hate to be critical but this place just doesn't have the coffee shop mojo, in my opinion. It's fine to pop in for a quick bite to eat but they desperately need to liven the place up.

New management the past 2 months, and it really shows. The owner is very nice, informative, and most of all it has good coffee. I would recommend Caffeine Addicts if you are in the Ringgold area and want a nice place to have coffee and socialize.

Coffee was good but the server has zero people skills. Never greeted on the way in wouldn't talk to me or the other employee and when I said thank you He just turned and stuck his nose back in his phone. Bad manners
