The Peachtree Cafe

I'm not quite sure what people see in this place. First off it's insanely overpriced for the quality and quantity of food you get. I ordered shrimp and grits. I thought I was going to get I nice bowl of big shrimp, sausage, the whole nine you know. I received a small skillet of salty grits a few cut up vegetables with popcorn sized shrimp. I also ordered a single pancake just to taste. Pancake was ok I received land o lakes butter flavored spread to go on my pancake (not real butter). The syrup wasn't even maple syrup. The syrup came in a small metal cup and had a strange film on the top of it like pudding that's been left out too long. This place is a huge rip off. You are pretty much paying to say you are in downtown Lawrenceville. Please spend your money elsewhere where it is worth it.

Between a 4 and 5 star. Had to push it over to a 5. Wish Google had a 10 point scale or a decimal for more precision.

Great place, great service, great ambience and most importantly great food! What else is there?

They’re back- and better than ever! I ordered the veggie egg white omelette (on a health kick) and they made something that should taste like cardboard taste great! Service was fast. Food was delicious. The new restaurant looks great! This could get addicting.

Stopped here for breakfast today. The employees are very friendly but the food was just ok, a bit pricey for a regular breakfast. We had an Italian Omelette and a Belgium Waffle with 2 eggs & bacon plus 2 coffees and spent $27 which would have been fine if the food was really good. We eat out a few times a week but sadly won't be in a rush to return here.

If they could fix the problem that everyone says here, they would be banking. Look, the food was delicious, I arrive and got a cup of coffee in seconds of seating down. The waitress was pleasant and nice and not so in your face, it was what you want. The food was great.the homefries eggs and hash was good, what was not good,. Is not so much the price,but the quantity of what you get. I don't mind paying $10 for a meal, that's nothing, but give me more food on that plate. I was still hungry after. Potatoes are cheap. Add more homefries

Very delicious food. Very crowded we have to wait 30 minutes but obviously if the food is sooo good every one would come and its worth waiting. If you want to skip that make a prior booking.

Great place! The prices are so affordable! It makes me feel like I am eating the food I know I can make at home but if I know someone who can make this food just as good as me then its worth paying for. The customer service is up and down sometimes you will get people who have great people skills and then others who you can obviously tell they're doing this just for the money. And yeah I know everyone else is too BUT the people who have those awesome people skills you forget they are doing this for a good tip because they have you feeling so good and you get caught up in listening to them. The Peachtree Cafe is a place that people sometime looks over because of how the location looks but still wonder why their parking lot is full all the time. Well go in and see for yourself. After you do I swear you will be pissed they close at 3pm and driving made just to get to them before they close..... Oh yeah great idea for take out breakfast!

Overall service was great from the beginning to the end. The food taste good. Terrance our waiter had great customer service and overall all the staff we interacted were attentive . The only issue is the parking but it was worth it .

Food was great... the service was very warm. The ice coffee was awful and priced wrong on the menu but said there was a shortage in supplies due to covid. Y'all get a pass this time but we'll be back with hopefully that will be fixed 👍🏼
