Heather and Tiger Lillies Floral created an incredible arrangement for one of my sweetest of friends! When I called, Heather was so sweet and eager to create the best surprise (at a GREAT price!) for my friend! I just told her to make it have pops of color and just super fun & feminine - boy did she exceed any expectation! My friend even said it’s the BEST arrangement she’s ever had and seen!!! Heather made my wedding floral dreams COME TO LIFE in ways I never knew were possible.
