This boutique has the best customer service of any that I’ve ever been to! They have a great selection of clothes. The staff are always super helpful and make sure that their customer’s shopping experience is exceptional!!

Everytime I go in there the girls are so welcoming and helpful! They always have nice cute stuff. And the plus is that they now have a bakery/coffee shop right in the store! It’s a must try! Love these girls💗

I will start by saying that this boutique does have some cute clothing finds, and if you can find your size - SNAG IT! The website is very easy to navigate and they do have some great sales if you're on a budget.

The only reason I dinged two stars was because the overall customer communication is lacking and unprofessional. I think this is also clearly evident by the defensiveness in the responses to not five-star reviews. They will most likely come after me for an honest review of my experience, however I think some constructive feedback needs to be given where it's due.

Here is my experience since it seems like this company likes to respond with very detailed, and catty, 'clapbacks' in order to trivialize someone's experience/review. I had returned something that was too big and messaged the company about a possible exchange. I never received a response about that. I was advised (not by someone from this company) to file an inquiry with my CC so that I may hopefully get my money back (we were in the middle of pandemic and I purchased the item before things got very crazy). I never heard back from the CC company and only received a condescending message from Vault 206 - upset that I had requested an inquiry. Flash forward to today, I never heard an update on my inquiry from the CC and assumed it just never got approved since I was still receiving 'store credit' messages from the Vault and the credit still showed up in my account. So in order to not let the money go unused, I placed an order for Christmas gifts and used the store credit they kept emailing me about. A few minutes later I received a message questioning where I got the code for the credit from... Instead of allowing me to reply after researching my inquiry more, clear up this obvious miscommunication, and purchase the items without using the store credit, I then received a refund for the shipping and an order cancellation two minutes later..

So unfortunately, I will not be supporting this small business anymore. Every single interaction with them has been patronizing and impolite.
I'm just very disappointed in the lack of communication and empathy, especially from a small business. Had the situation been approached in a kind manner instead of a condescending one, they would probably still have a customer.

EDIT: Took off another star because (as I figured) I received another passive aggressive email from this company about my review. I truly hope they take the time to read and synthesize their customers feedback for future improvement. What's the point of a review if you can't give constructive feedback?

I had a slight issue with my order, and expressed that to Crystal, who I believe is the owner. She reached out immediately to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service, and a truly kind business owner.

I love shopping with Crystal and the girls at Vault. They always help me find what I need for an event and there are so many great choices for when I need to pick up a gift!

This boutique has the best customer service I have seen at a boutique! All of the employees, including the owner, are very personable and understanding of everything. One of the very few places I feel comfortable walking into and receiving help (from date outfits, to shoe recommendations).

Cutest boutique ever! They have a wide variety of clothing from women’s, men’s and even kids. The prices are excellent and the customer service is amazing! I love how the website gives local customers the option to choose in store pickup as well! All of the employees are very nice and helpful!

Super cute clothes and amazing sales!! The website is user friendly, but the personal in-store experience is amazing and the staff is so helpful! The weekly updates and reminders are great, especially during the holidays.
