My friend and I went to Lane’s this past weekend and it was a great time! We went around 4 PM and the kitchen was closed, but we were still able to purchase baked goods and ice cream. They have a large store filled with different goods, a cafe, and Peach Tours (but I’m not sure they’re doing those right now). It was very relaxing to eat ice cream outside while sitting in their rocking chairs, and I’d love to visit again when it’s strawberry season!

I live 4hrs away. Made to trip specifically for cling free peaches, after calling to confirm availability. Was pleased with the store, quick food/restaurant, wonderful ice cream and the peaches are so fresh and taste wonderful. Purchased in boxes of 50-60 peaches for $35 to share with family/friends.

Normally I've had 5 star experience here, but today it wasn't. First, the restroom in the cafe we're closed and I had to hurry to retail restroom. At my age 40 yards is a big deal. Secondly, I wanted 25# of pecans; we use a lot and they're cheaper the more you buy. I asked the young cashier where the larger 25# bags were located. She responded, "Those are usually for shipping only." I knew she was wrong, but by the time I got to checkout I wasn't going to argue with her. We had half a 10# bag at home, left from a Christmas Present from our daughter, so I just bought 10# more and left frustrated. I should have asked for a manager; however, was headed to granddaughter's ballgame and didn't want to spend extra time explaining to someone else what I needed.

I usually love Lanes, we’ve been coming since the 90s. We loved when they added the food, they got rid of the pecan crusted catfish. And the peach tea and peach lemonade were delicious but the last few years it has less peach flavor and sugar. Which is really disappointing when we buy it for family functions. The place is still really pretty and glad of the success.

This orchard/farm/restaurant in Georgia is a must stop for the family and I anytime travelling I-75 North from Florida for the last 20 years. Besides the outstanding delicious peach and blueberry cobblers you have a variety of peaches, pecans, strawberries assorted high grade produce and dozens of preserves all cultivated in their property. Highly recommended!

The cafe and bakery are amazing and delicious. 3 out of the 4 ladies working with the exception of one left little to be desired. I've never experienced the rudeness and short patience since coming here for 15 years. Customer service is just not the same.

Sitting in a rocking chair at Lane Orchards and eating some of their homemade cobbler and ice cream is a down home Southern culinary experience not to be missed! They serve a variety of great food and their store is incredible. I highly recommend their pecan encrusted fried catfish!!

Cafe personnel showed no concern for customers, were not friendly, and failed to give us 3 of the 7 things we ordered. Bbq pork sandwich looked like a one biter and the slice of pecan pie was more like a sliver and was not fresh.
But the cashier at the store checkout was very friendly and helpful!

Overrated, overpriced. The internet/website pictures makes it seem huge but the store is a lot smaller than I imagined. We were in and out 12-14mins tops and I tried to take my time. The deli counter women either “didn’t hear” or ignored my wife’s question on one of the food items because they didn’t reply and went into the back long enough for us to get off the line a leave. I don’t wanna say it was a brown skin thing but we were the only brown folks in there at the time. And they did engaged with the fairer skinned patrons in the line just ahead of us. 🤷🏾
We drove 1h40m to this place just to get out for the day. It wasn’t impressive at all. We did end up purchasing the peach cobbler from the refrigerated section as to not drive so far and leave empty handed.
let’s hope that the cobbler makes up for the place itself.
I wouldn’t say “don’t go” I’d just say don’t expect to much.

Purchased an Apple fritter to bring hom at &3.99 that was awful. Not done. No apple taste at all. Hard as a rock even after warming in microwave. Also purchased an ice cream that was put in a cup. I wanted a cone so that I could eat and drive but was not given that option. Very disappointed in the whole visit.
