Always a great experience. Delicious coffee & treats. Pleasant and clean atmosphere. Private room in the back is great for short meetings and free of charge. Our swim team board uses it regularly for our planning sessions. Friendly, helpful staff.

This TradeWind coffee shop was very accessible to me as it was just a walk down the street. They promote serving the community, which is true because they display artwork from local artists and I saw multiple people that I knew when I walked in. The cornhole outside and comfortable couches created a cozy environment. I received my food fairly quickly which was surprising because they were a bit understaffed. The coffee quality was average but my apple fritter was very good. I like going to this coffee shop for study groups and friend meetings. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this TradeWind coffee shop and would recommend it to anyone in the community.

Took my wife and son here as a spur of the moment thing to get out of the house. What a surprise and great experience. Very friendly staff, great food and drink. I love the decor and vibe inside. Plenty of seating and prices are very reasonable. I ordered the pimento and Gouda grilled cheese and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first and last time coming here. I came here to work remotely two days ago. A girl that I presume affiliated with Trade Winds Coffee came up to me while I was clearly speaking in a meeting and interrupted me.She asked if I’m Christian, and I kindly told her I was in a meeting and turned away to get back to my meeting. She then proceeded to leave me a card with the Trade Winds Coffee logo on it saying “God believes in you” with her first and last name and I noticed that she did not approach any other customers except me which I thought was bizarre. I threw away the card after leaving because it provided no value to me and I am not interested in her beliefs. She left after a while and waved to some of the workers, so they obviously know her. This interaction bothered me because if she is affiliated with the coffee shop, I think it’s weird that she or the coffee shop itself is trying to force any type of religion on folks. I also thought it was very rude of her to approach me while I was speaking on a call. I was talking for a while, and I have never had anyone interrupt like that before while I worked in other coffee shops/cafes. If she is affiliated with the coffee shop, please let her know to not approach customers like this. I come to cafes to work and not be bothered. There was also another man that came to play piano immediately right next to me during my meeting! Again, no sense of common courtesy that someone right next to them is on a call! The rule is that you can play for 5 minutes, but he definitely played for longer than that. I left shortly after. I usually don’t get bothered by these things but this was a really disappointing experience.

This cafe provides a relaxing atmosphere with good food. The staff team is small so service is rather slow, but the variety of seats and menu items make it worth the wait. I would recommend this cafe to anyone looking to study/work/relax for a while in a nice, community-oriented environment.

Excellent frappes. We got a hazelnut frappe and a white mocha frappe. Better than Starbucks.

TradeWind first experience

This was my first time at TradeWind and it was an overall 10/10. The service was great-I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie which came out relatively quickly and was also very delicious. The only criticism is the line at the counter was long, but honestly wasn't even that bad. At 8 in the morning, what do you expect? It's a great place for breakfast and other activities such as a study spot or a Bible group.

The slogan they have is quite fitting as well, "More than just coffee."

Lovely staff and welcoming environment. Everything was perfect. I walked in the door and felt like I had been there before but how friendly the staff was. Amazing apple cider

I'm disappointed to see baristas not wearing any sort of mask (not even cloth!) during a pandemic killing hundreds of thousands of Americans. The establishment should have a policy ensuring that customers feel safe entering the premises. To not do so is not only egregious but also endangering customers and people living in the surrounding area.

Otherwise, the coffee here is good quality and the inside is nice and large. I'm disappointed that I cannot enjoy it safely during these times.

EDIT: Changed to 1 star, as the owner was right, it is egregious enough to deserve 1 star. I can't see how you are "exceeding local and national mandates" if you don't even care to have your workers do a simple scientifically proven thing to reduce transmission as wearing a mask. I love to support local businesses but not when they blatantly disregard a pandemic.

Great coffee shop. I come here to study regularly and I am never disappointed. Staff is always on top of it and super friendly. Great coffee and menu options. Owners are very consistent with visiting their shop to check in which I think is great. On Sundays, there is a group of people who come in to do their church service, I LOVE it. Thanks tradewind for being so community oriented and a great place to unwind. Wish the best for business!
