I usually get coffee at to go windows. Coffee is really good, and the people are great. Nice to have a place you enjoy going to.

Ordered a Tea in the drive thru when I got to the window I was told it was almost a dollar more than the listed price. The girl shrugged her shoulders threw up her hands and said we recently raised our prices but haven’t changed them on the sign yet. Seriously not ever a piece of paper taped up there letting you know there’s almost a dollar difference in a medium cup of tea now? If you want to charge more that’s fine but listing one price then charging another is dishonest and I would expect more from a place promoting Christian values.

I’ve been coming here for a year now always order the same thing a large dark Vader extra shot of espresso with whip cream. Came in there today ordered the same thing to open the lids keep falling off out he handed me one the lid came off and the cup fell over and ruined my brand new $200 shoes I went in there and asked them to remake it they remade it I got home I was walking in the door and dropped it again because the lid came off and ruined the Persian rug, and all they can do is say they are sorry. They need to change their lids back to where they fit again or I will never be coming here again. Very very very bad experience and not good Customer service.

My first time here, the coffee was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions I had, however the staff was not wearing mask. I am super disappointed because both drinks I ordered were amazing. I probably be visiting again, but not anytime soon because of the mask issue.

I waited from 6:40pm -7:10 pm last Friday on the July the 1st . And I never got any assistance no one helped or asked if I was ready to take an order anything ? One girl just completely stared at me and only ask if I was paying cash or card ? Like tell me if your in training or your new or something ??? But Just don’t stare and at like I’m not infront of you ?? There was only a guy in there taking orders and making the orders for the drive threw I’m guessing but we I came in there was only one person already in the drive threw while he was making the order so I should of been next or again tell me ( I apologize for the long way I’ll be right with you ). Like I work in food Service / retail !so I get it !! Sometimes we get caught up on things and get behind but you still need to multitask and learn to communicate with your customers that have been waiting ?? Over all the atmosphere was very much awful ! I’m sorry I won’t be back , your staff need to learn customer service regardless if it’s local or corporate

A magnificent place where the staff are very friendly AND the customer's are equally as friendly and welcoming. It appears that they sell/ support other small businesses/bakeries as bonus. Games, books, and friendly conversations found here... Oh! and good coffee, lots of options for the picky and very clean throughout!

Been a regular here for a while. The staff are very friendly and they have weekly speciality drinks.

My most favorite place to be at. The service is really sweet, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Their coffee is so good and has a rich flavor to it. Their desserts are yummy too, mouth watering to be exact. I try to get my friends to come here sometime sot can get on this goodness.

So when they first opened they were incredible. The coffee drinks were always tasty, and the staff was always super nice. I don’t know what has happened, but it seems like things have changed a little. The drinks have been getting progressively worse I feel like. We went today and I can honestly say that the Signature Mocha, which i always get, tasted like hot dish water. Coupled with the fact that the young lady working the drive through not only cut me off before I was finished ordering, but when I got to the window and told her, she was fairly unfriendly about it.....it will be a while before I go back. She was actually pretty aloof and rude the entire time.

Again, they have the ability to operate at 5 stars, maybe I’ve just gotten unlucky.

Absolutely best place for coffee in town. They will make anything you want on the menu and substitute milks or sugar free syrups if they have it. Largest selection of SF I’ve found in a shop. Great welcoming atmosphere and the punch cards are nice! 10/10 would recommend.
