Went out on a limb to try it when I had some free time. Absolutely don't regret it. Jose (Hope I got his name right) was the best customer service I've had in forever. Good prices, better coffee, best customer service. Yes, at both of my visits within 15 hours apart.. I will be coming here more than I should

Great coffee!!! And amazing customer service, employees are very polite and kind!
I've been coming every single day of the week!! The staff is so friendly.
I do not know what people are talking about in the reviews, when they say the staff was rude.

My husband and I both go here, on a daily basis for our coffee.
He gets his before work, at 6 a.m.
I get mine with my son around 8 and 9 in the morning.
And both of us I've gotten coffee in the evening for lunch hour.

What I am getting at is, no matter what time of day or day of the week we have went both of us have always received excellent customer service and
if there was ever anything wrong with our order which is only happened
one time to my husband.
They always immediately apologize.
Then when they remake your order they would apologize again.

The staff here is very sweet.
Menu items are perfectly priced.
If you haven't tried this coffee house you should not just because of the friendly staff but the great coffee as well!!

I love Ellianos! The coffee is delicious, prices are great, and the people who work here are always super friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone! The iced turtle latte is the perfect balance of sweet and strong. It’s my go to!

The service was great. Very fast. I have been a couple times now and everyone has been super nice. Britney is such a sweetheart from the first couple of times I've been. I can't remember the name of the girl who served me today (2/13/2023 in drive thru 2 around 7:45 am) unfortunately but she was also just so sweet. I get a caramel freezer and it was delicious. I have my preferred coffee shop in Carrollton, but it's nice to know I have an option when I am in a rush and need a quick option on my way to work.

This Ellianos team is always super quick, precise, and kind beyond measure. I became a regular as soon as I moved in the neighborhood, and I always look forward to interacting with the individuals who work there. <3

Never been to an Ellianos coffee before. Wasn't sure how to order. The lady at the window was super sweet and friendly. She helped me with diabetic options and even gave my dog a pup cup. Coffee was flavorful and strong. I will be back.

I went in not knowing how to order the coffee, the sweetest lady at the window gave me recommendations and helped me order and this has been the 2nd time in a row I’ve been back to order! This coffee is the smoothest and most flavorful I’ve EVER had. Starbucks has nothing on this coffee! I’d suggest a hazelnut nut freezer with white chocolate and wip cream on top! Highly recommend giving this company a shot!

The young lady that waited on me Saturday morning was absolutely clueless on the menu. Need's so much training. She got upset because I didn't leave a tip. I am very much on tipping, but she was clueless and very immature. She slam the tip cup out the window and slam the window door. I will never come back there and I just live a mile up the road. I rather go a few more miles up the road and not have to deal with her little rude self.

Super great service! Loved the double drive thru to make it faster! I got the Cafe Dulce, my friends got a Caramel freezer and a mocha crème brûlée coffee cooler!

Giving a 5 for the sleepiest barista on Jodel. Goes to show you they definitely have the good cleaning spirit. They have plenty of Cafiza and other good cleaning materials and strong durable trashbags. I'd prefer less religious propaganda, necklaces with crosses and whatnot, but this place has got the barista brahs, the real deal, who are proud of their cleanliness, even if they work so hard sometimes they're a little tired. Best folded brown paper towels. Great conversationalists and love to be entertained.
