Had lunch here with friends. The food was tasty, fresh, and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The meat was perfect and the ambience is a treat in itself. I strongly recommend!

We visited July 5, 2018 on a busy Thursday. The iced coffee was excellent and the establishment very clean. When the crowds pour in the wait can be tedious-it was up to a 20 minute wait by the time we left-but the desserts were fabulous. It’s a great place to escape from the street a moment. The back porch is a good place for a large group.

You only get one chance to make a first impression. I went out of my way to visit this specific shop on a road trip. I walked in and tried to order but the owner was too busy talking up a cadre of older guys, who were clearly there on a social call, to be bothered with customer service. Whatever, women of a certain age will do anything for flattery. The girls behind the counter were at least courteous to me as I interrupted their conversation. After ordering I needed to use the facilities and was told the door code would be on the receipt. I never got one. And far be it from me to disrupt everyone's social hour to remedy that situation. To top it off the coffee was mediocre. I had friendlier service at a crusty bait shop/gas hole a few miles away.

Visiting Floridian for a couple days. I stopped by downtown to pick up some local coffee. The place is a charming, European themed coffee shop. My iced coffee was delicious and the coffee cup my fianceé got was cute. Recommend it for a quick fix!

I judge every coffee shop by a basic cappuccino. Theirs was incredible! My wife really enjoyed the iced toasted marshmallow latte with almond milk. Really a high quality coffee shop. Returning on our way out of town!

Nitro cold brew has so much caffeine I drank half and ran my car off the other 6oz. First time I have ever had to make a purchase to be able to use a bathroom (code on receipt). Smart idea! Pay to poop, seems to make the experience better non the less. 10/10 would do it again.

We were in Blue Ridge for a quick 2 day trip and went to Kaffe Haus each day! Best chai latte I've ever had- I even bought a bottle of the concentrate to try to recreate it at home. Very comfy coffee shop and the perfect place to take a break from the crowds!

I heard great things about this coffee shop and was very disappointed. First of all the staff members could not have been more rude. I asked for a recommendation and they told me they couldn’t give me a recommendation because they only drink black coffee. I attempted small talk and they didn’t even respond to me. I got a chai drink and thought it was terrible, way too sweet even for a chai. Would be better off anywhere else.

I love this place. The coffee an the deserts are HeAvEnLy...Oh my gosh. I live 8 miles from here an the folks are awesome.. please go see everyone an enjoy there great coffees, deserts or what ever U choose. I give them 10 🌟 plus... It's like JESUS made the coffee an deserts.
